I can't say enough good about State 48 cleaning services. We had a very small window of time to schedule a move out clean during an extremely busy time for all cleaning services. (End/beginning of month AND on a holiday!) Not only did State 48 jump through hoops to squeeze us in they did an absolutely deep and thorough cleaning that exceeded all expectations. Mike was a Rockstar making it happen and his crew rose to the challenge! Couldn't be more pleased with results. They have more than earned the 5 star rating they have and I would recommend to anyone looking for quality work! Thanks Mike and thanks State 48!!!

Hello Brian. I am posting since I sent to you and have not received a follow up.
RE: June 18, 2020 appointment. A couple of things to address. PLEASE DO NOT take this as a NEGATIVE review of Carrie. It is meant as a suggestion for her future assignments.
I had already cleaned most of the items in the house, days before Carrie’s scheduled date. She was very pleasant and accommodating, worked straight through for 4 hours even refusing an offer of a break, and as a result, I had no qualms about paying her. She did kindly offer to accept only 3 hours since she was late, however I declined her offer because she was here 4 hours!! Among many of the things that Carrie did was wiping the baseboards, window sills, cleaned several windows (she forgot I said that was not needed) cleaned a couple of the light fixtures and a glass top table in addition to some other things. However, after paying and checking the house once I spoke to you and after Carrie left, I discovered a few things that disappointed me.
(1) The stand-alone shower in master bath had not been touched. (Which means it was not completed)
(2) The clear plastic shower curtain in guest bath was not cleaned. (Which means it was not completed)
(3) The top vented area of the microwave still had as much buildup of grease as previously. (Which means it was not completed) I did bring this to her attention, and she said she had cleaned it, but it required more than one cleaning.
(4) The kitchen appliances did not look much better than before her arrival
I did NOT follow her around but took her word that she had completed the tasks that I had discussed and written down for her.
My sense is that the assignment was too large, she needs a bit more training or requires another person to accompany her as a helper.

This company is amazing. I have used them three times for move in cleaning in the last year. They are prompt, courteous and do a fantastic job. We had three different teams and they were all friendly and professional. The standards in this company are clearly communicated to their entire organization.

This is almost as good as when I was doing this? - From one of the lead attorneys who did a little bit of stop-gap bathroom cleaning while we were making our decision as to who to hire next. I went to get a new box of tissues, and when I came back to my desk, I found out there was already a box of tissues for me all opened and ready to go. -- From an allergy sufferer. They even cleaned up my desktop. That's never happened before. -- From a paralegal. This new cleaning company is really good. -- Heard so many times, I can't even remember which people said it. A few of the things I've really appreciated have been: * Air ducts are dust free. * The drinking fountain stays beautifully polished - ditto for the stainless steel in bathrooms and break area. * The scuff marks on the break room floor are removed without damage to the previous wax job. * Partition glass looked so nice after initial visit - and it has stayed nice with touch up. * Trash cans are neatly placed after being emptied. * Trash can liners are opened all the way to the bottom. (For some reason, a previous crew had opened only the top, and assumed everyone could finish the job for them when throwing the first item of the day into the can.) * Area beneath rolling file selves stays clean. My cleaner said that his first appointment had canceled, so he put me immediately in that spot. He was VERY professional!!! The stains in my carpet were from pets..he got them out and used deodorizer! I would definitely recommend this service to my family and friends.

Desert Oasis Cleaners reached out to us about cleaning our office building. Being an A/C Company summer is very busy. We heard from them 3 times, which was great. Even got an email with highlighted points! We finally found a good time to set an appointment for them to come by and look at the building to give us some pricing for an initial deep clean and start a bi-weekly cleaning service. Day of the appointment, no one showed up, no one called us. We tried to call the next day and never heard back.

I just had Dr Chemdry clean my very old carpets. They look fantastic! And they arrived on time, and even gave me a 30 minute advance call to let me know they were on the way. Best of all, the carpets were dry within a couple hours instead of a week! I will definitely always use Dr. Chemdry!

There are WAY better choices for carpet cleaning in Phoenix. I had a carpet ruined by these guys and they decided to duck n run .... making excuses instead of fixing the problem. Not a reputable company.

Excellent company they get things done in a quick and professional way

Recently replastered pool and clean water. Contracted them to service my pool. Only a month and water is cloudy, dirty. The 1st 2 weeks they did good, and then nothing. They were supposed to service pool on thursday and didnt show up, we didnt see them and we were home all day. I dont know how long the filter hasnt been backwashed. I took a picture and sent it to them. They state no need to backwash the pool every week. I do not recommend their services.

I worked for this company for a few months. I left because they are shady and unprofessional to another level! They even tampered with my last check! During the time I worked here I really tried to help property managers out but PoolMan company always pushed my request and property managers over!!! I’d never get answers from office and when issues arose, even one property managers said that managers at PoolMan are push overs meaning they never answered or fixed anything!!!
So many complaints about the company and when I tried to address them they just didn’t care !! Poor company!!!! Poor customer service!!! Poor employment choice!!!! You’ll be better off choosing another actual professional POOL COMPANY but not this one ! Trust ……
