Best Surface Cleaner in Phoenix AZ
We booked Maid Easy for a Move-Out cleaning about a week ago. Their pricing was very reasonable for this type of heavy duty cleaning. We had Katrina take care of our apartment move-out clean and she was professional, friendly and very thorough. Thank you for making our move slightly less stressful by taking care of this difficult task.

We had used this company for over a year. Having the same team for most of the time with newbies in and out. There were many issues with the company, but the biggest issue was their respect for our home and us.
The staff is completely careless when it comes to cleaning our home. More recently and why we decided to end services was a lack of common sense in addition to respect for our home. One of the staff members unplugged a refrigerator in our gym. I didn't realize the refrigerator was unplugged until the next day. When I mentioned this to the company they said that their employees stated they never touched that fridge. Thankfully we have an in home camera which caught one of their employees unplugging the fridge to plug in a vacuum. There are two outlets and one wasn't being used. There was absolutely no reason for them to unplug the fridge.
We have a custom bedroom lamp that they broke and never mentioned to us. During an overview on their way out I noticed the shade wasn't looking right when I looked into the master bedroom. One of the cleaning ladies had applied so much pressure to the top of the lamp, that it broke the metal support connector around the lamp. Not only did they break the lamp, they were leaving and didn't notify us that they had broken the lamp.
Based on previous instances, they probably would have said that they didn't break the lamp. Another occasion the ladies used their vacuum and broke off one of the plugs and left it in our outlet. When I mentioned this to the company office manager, she said it wasn't them.
There are only two people who live in our household, my husband and I. We have a strong attention to detail and an eminent care for our home. There are also communication issues with the staff. The leader and the main point of communication while they are onsite cleaning, doesn't have strong English communication skills. Which lead to other issues as well.
I personally feel that some of the issues were a direct result of their staff being overbooked or having another appointment right after ours, which resulted in rush jobs.
As a business owner, if my customers had experienced any of these issues, I would have personally reached out to them to correct these issues immediately and would have also provided immediate training and/or a revised assessment of my current staff. To this day, we have never heard from the business owner. All in all, it shows they don’t value our business and never made an effort to correct these issues in a professional manner.

We had a fantastic experience with AZ Power Wash Pros. They were responsive and showed up at the scheduled time. The window clean looked fantastic and they offered a fair price. I will be recommending these guys to all of my family and friends!

DISPICABLE. The fact that they will only respond to the 5 star comments tells you everything you need to know about this company. If you have a problem, its your problem. My property management company hired this sorry excuse for a company.
First visit, they tested the pool and the chlorine level was high so they took the chlorinator out of the pool. It was clear, clean water. Then didn't come back for a week. Surprise surprise a pool with no biocide turned green. When I asked them to come clean the pool they said they would not sign a service contract until everything had been fixed. That is code for 'we are going to charge you to have someone come by, walk past the dirty pool, and look for everything and anything to charge you for.'
I cleaned the pool, treated it and backwashed the filter a few times and got it back to clear.
In an 8 week period they sent someone out 6 times and never once was the pool cleaned, baskets cleaned or filter cleaned. They walked past my green pool 6 times and didn't have the decency to put a one dollar chlorine puck in the chlorinator.
THIS IS A PERDATORY COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and give your money to a different company.
I have 6 years experience in industrial water treatment. We all know that pool cleaning is the 'little leagues' of water treatment. I would be caring for the pool myself if this were not a rental.
POOLMAN - are you going to ignore me again? Answer for your unethical business practices. Answer for your immoral pretend service? Better yet, prove me right and give further validation to every one of these one star reviews.
