Called them in the morning to start service at my apartment and they were out that afternoon. The maids did an excellent, thorough job. Couldn't have been better!

I have used this service for years, and am always thrilled to come home to a super clean house! The girls are very conscientious and do an incredibly thorough job. The staff is always more than willing to work with schedule changes - especially during the summer. I have passed their name on to others, and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

My friend and Realtor had recommended the service because they had used them in the past for move-in cleaning.

I emailed them and had to call three times before I got a response. I spoke to Tammy and explain to her that I needed a deep cleaning and actually wanted the services associated with post construction because I had just had windows replaced in the entire home and there was a lot of dust.

I further explained that I had 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the crew would need to have ladders that could reach the top because all the walls and ceilings needed to be dusted. She told me that they would send someone with a tall extension ladder and have all that work done before the crew of four cleaning girls would start on the rest of the house. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours, and explained to Tammy that even if it took longer, it was imperative that every aspect of this house be wiped down except for the windows. I agreed to the price quoted, which included a surcharge for a Saturday.

On the day of the service, for girls arrived with small step ladders. No one came equipped with an extension or tall ladder to do the walls. I told the lead girl Allison that the walls needed to be wiped down. Her response was “ all of them?”

I explained to her everything that I wanted done and confirmed that they would do the three bathrooms and disinfect them as well. She assured me that they would. They stayed three hours, and when I went to check on the work, I told Allison that the upstairs was not nearly as clean as the downstairs. There was still dust on the furniture in the master bedroom and none of the bathroom shower doors, nor bath tub and shower tiles had been cleaned. I told her that I had wanted them done. She again stared at me blankly. Then asked me to sign the invoice. She did not offer to correct what was not done thoroughly nor did she offer to do the bathrooms. They were still well within the four hour timeframe and could easily have done it.

I emailed Tammy outlining everything and stated my disappointment as I did not get the service that I was promised. I told her that while the girls did work when they were there, they did not do everything that Tammy and I had discussed, and what I had explained to Allison. I asked her to please contact me or respond to my email. I was hoping to have them come back and complete the work.

I was not even given the courtesy of a call back or respond to my email.

Not only is this company not “perfectionist quote. They are also extremely unprofessional. My realtor and friend who recommended them will now no longer be telling anyone to use them.

I called desperately needing a move out cleaning after a different company canceled on me last minute. They were able to squeeze me in not only the same day, but within 4 hours! The 2 cleaners came and did an amazing job in such a short time. The hard work they did made my apartment look brand new like no one had lived there for 2 years! Price was affordable and easily paid for with my debit card. I will definitely use them again!

I asked them to clean only my DPF filter and I told them over and over. Also told them that I have a repair shop, the only reason I asked them to clean my filter because my driver was paranoid ( Volvo has a gauge for DPF soot level and the driver seen it on the gauge). The truck was running fine and had no fault codes. Truck was coming back to California from Arizona. They cleaned my DPF filter, performed regan and reset ash on my truck ( Volvo D13). Charged me $1500.00. I do understand that you have to change the gaskets and clamps which was ok. I think I shouldn’t have got charged for the regan and ash reset. They never told me that they were doing that. They told me after they did it. They got me once but I wouldn’t let it happen again.We have a filter cleaning machine in our shop and the programs. I would never go back.

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
