I feel that It's Christmas every time I have The Perfectionist clean my house. I have been extremely happy with each and every crew that has been at my house. Team Julie always leaves me with a smile on my face. They are so professional, on time, high energy levels of all the crew members and best of all the house is spotless when they leave. I even called Tim at 4:00pm and he had a crew at my mothers house the next morning at 7:45am cleaning it from top to bottom before she was released from the hospital. I have had Cleaning Solutions for many years and have had mostly the same cleaners who are totally awesome. The ones I didn’t care for, they made sure didn’t return. Their fees are reasonable compared to other companies( be sure and tip the ladies!). They do a good job and I enjoy their company. If I have a special request, the company has been very accommodating as have the cleaners as long as it was reasonable. I highly recommend them and, frankly, I don’t know what I would do without them!

We have use Evelyns for years and found them professional, quick, thorough and overall incredibly dedicated. We have lived many places and used many housecleaning services. We have used Evelyn’s now through several houses in Phoenix and we love them. They communicate well, clean well, and compared to many other services imbue their teams with a great service culture. At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later that evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are professionals, I thought they knew best.

We have been using Peak as our primary rental cleaner since March and we are extremely happy we went with them. Our guests always mention how clean the home is and that’s all credit to Peak and their team. Communication is important and they do that very well be it the emails, texts or phone calls. From owner to employees, their customer service and professionalism is top notch. We would highly recommend Peak to any one looking for a cleaning service.
