I can't say enough good about State 48 cleaning services. We had a very small window of time to schedule a move out clean during an extremely busy time for all cleaning services. (End/beginning of month AND on a holiday!) Not only did State 48 jump through hoops to squeeze us in they did an absolutely deep and thorough cleaning that exceeded all expectations. Mike was a Rockstar making it happen and his crew rose to the challenge! Couldn't be more pleased with results. They have more than earned the 5 star rating they have and I would recommend to anyone looking for quality work! Thanks Mike and thanks State 48!!!

Shocked and deeply disappointed by the service performed on February 24, 2022. Unfortunately some staffing changes have worsened the quality of care considerably. I have been fairly forgiving over the past year or so with late-arrivals due to the strain of the pandemic, but to be 75 minutes late for a first-in-the-day appointment is inexcusable. The team lead lied about being instructed to be here at 7:30, lied about her whereabouts, repeatedly yelled at me upon arrival, and proceeded to spill her Monster Energy drink on my porous and delicate cork flooring -- flooring that they had always taken great care with during past visits. 2 hours of my day have been wasted trying to manage and oversee them and mitigate further damage. Clearly I'm not paying for the services and would suggest that if you're scheduling with them, avoid Team 4.

My cleaning team, led by Angie, did a superb job on my dusty home yesterday. They didn’t miss a thing and I came back to a sparkling home! Blinds dusted, floors mopped, perfect streak free mirrors! The attention to detail is greatly appreciated!

So I just had my carpet cleaned 2 days ago and my husband and I were very pleased to say the least. Valley's Best had great availability for me scheduling only 4 days before wanting it done! I had to find a new cleaning company because my old company, who shall remain nameless, only cleans vacant homes now! I found them on Yelp in which I chatted on Yelp to get a quote prior to scheduling!! So awesome I didn't know I could do that. I searched around with about 7 other companies & the existing reviews played a huge role in my decision. With that being said, I felt a very detailed review is important for others. The technician Greg was great! He was nice, very professional & a hard worker. We stumbled upon a scheduling conflict the day of due to a job he did before mine but was able to move things around to keep my appointment time. This was perfect because I also just replaced carpet in one room & I wanted scotch guard before putting anything on the new carpet. My house is pretty big so the 1.5 hr difference would've caused me to have to reschedule. The only thing I didn't like was the long drying time. It took about 6 hours to dry enough to where we felt comfortable walking on it but they did warn me 4-6 hrs so I didn't feel that was worthy of reducing to 4 stars instead of 5. So going forward I do plan on sticking with Valley's Best next year I will just schedule much earlier. I may also push my appt back to a cooler month since my front door had to remain open for the hose during the cleaning. The price was FANTASTIC for the size of my home (like 7 areas plus a staircase) & they give military discount. I love companies who honor veterans!!! I recommend this company to everyone! ??

I have used Special Ops twice now for move-out cleaning. I have received my FULL deposit back both times, which is hard to do. Well worth the money! They do everything, top to bottom and do not miss anything. SPOTLESS!!

We are honestly obsessed with Peak Cleaning. We recommend them to our friends on a regular basis. Their communication is frequent and crystal clear. Their service is incredible. They make our home sparkle top to bottom including things we would never have expected - like the little stand where my electric toothbrush charges that gathers a little bit of gunk. AZ Power Wash Pros did a awesome job. They literally performed magic on our driveway of our house. It looks like a brand new driveway from a new build and our neighborhood is 20yrs old now. I highly recommend them, they really know what they are doing. Daniel, Eric the technicians and Tanya the office manager succeeded our expectations.
