The Queen of Maids team has been cleaning my home for a few months now, and they consistently do an amazing job. I have actually never met or seen any of them - they simply let themselves in using my access code. They always arrive and leave exactly when they say they will - and the team is super responsive when I need to reschedule my recurring service. I needed a deep clean of my house for an appraisal. I had never used Molly Maids before. I requested an estimate online and was contacted very quickly via phone. I scheduled my cleaning for a Monday morning and was told that they would come between 8:30-11:30am. It would take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours for two cleaners to clean my house (only 1350 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath). I had my appraisal at 2:30pm so I thought that would work out perfectly, time-wise! I was so excited. I specifically asked that they clean my baseboards, fans and spot clean walls and doors, stuff I normally don't have time to do. My house was otherwise very clean. I was told that they charge $86/hr for a one-time clean, which I thought was crazy expensive but since they are professional house cleaners I trusted that it would be worth every dollar. Well, it wasn't. They didn't show up until 2pm so my house was a mess when the appraiser got there (stuff on counters because they were cleaning). It probably would have looked better if they hadn't come at all. And $215 later, I came home to dirty baseboards and doors. The few things I asked for!! Then I call to complain and they say that they never guarantee a time; only a day. And that they had staffing issues that morning. They did give me a $20 discount on the cleaning. Well, here I am, unhappy -$195 with dirty baseboards. Unfortinately, I will never use them again. Let's hope my home appraisal goes well!

This place has never felt so clean! They arrived with smiles and set to work. I'm really looking forward to them coming every two weeks. All of the personnel are wonderful, they have a sense of humor and work hard.

We have been using MaidPro for several years now. We originally started with a monthly cleaning just to see how it went. From there we increased our cleaning schedule to every other week. Starting in 2020 we have decided to do weekly cleaning. Our decision to stick with MaidPro is due to Beatriz (Betty). She is an amazing women who magically cleans our house. We have animals and she somehow makes all the fur disappear. We would not be able to run our lives without Betty. She is a huge help and we love her for tolerating us and our animals. Thank you Betty for all that you do.

They did a horrible job with our carpets and house cleaning. I honestly wish I had cameras to show the work that was not done. I contacted to try to get a refund and was ignored. My son has asthma and is allergic to dogs /cats, the previous owners had them so we were doing a carpet and house clean for his health. I am so upset and frustrated with their services. I would not recommend.

Excellent work!! I can’t say enough on how pleased I am with Health Point Cleaning Solutions work. My company is expanding to another floor in our office building, and this floor was in rough shape. About 10 years of dirt of grime on the carpets and in the bathrooms.

A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
