Best One Time Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Geez, I don't know how to spell her name - Ci Ci?? She helped me once before and I liked her, so I requested her for today as well as for my next cleaning. I've used two other services in the past, plus independent people, and definitely like Maid Easy the best!!!!

Mike and his crew, including wife Mary Carmen and son, were great to work with. They delivered a great service to us including tile cleaning, deep house cleaning, and even cleaned some spots on my carpet for no extra charge! Our tile looks great, he was able to lighten much of our grout close to original color! We will be using their house cleaning service on a regular basis. Highly recommend! Mike is a Veteran also, so we love supporting our military vets!

Maggie and Sun Valley are the best cleaners that we have ever had. We have used house cleaners for well over 20 years now. She is very personable, very professional. They charge a reasonable rate, and the quality of the cleaning is stellar. She comes over twice a month, she is prompt, timely, and great at communication.

Due to pandemic and my age, I need to be cautious of my health. So, I am not hiring anyone right now.

I hired them to come in and clean out after tenets had just trashed and destroyed my rental. I must say not only did they make it look brand new they even did minor repairs that I had not asked them to do. They had affordable rates same day service and they went above and beyond if you’re looking for a cleaning company to handle your property call them you won’t be disappointed!

Great service at a reasonable price

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.

I worked for this cleaning company 2 weeks ago. Everyday I worked I asked for hiring paperwork to be established with the company and obviously for being paid for working and would be told tomorrow we will have it over and over again by the manager Andrew who is the Owners son. On payday I asked for a paycheck and he refused to pay me stating I cannot prove I worked for the company as they never documented it. I have filed a claim with the Arizona Labor Board, a complaint with the BBB, reached out to a manager at Robertson’s Fuel Systems located at 800 W Carver Rd #101 Tempe, AZ 85284 which is where this company cleans M-F 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
