I called this company because I spilled coffee on a temperpedic mattress and was really worried about it. Abraham assured me that his company could take care of it. Josh was at our house immediately and shared the process with me. He worked very hard and did such a thorough job. The mattress is as good as new, no spot and zero odor. These guys are pros. Who else goes into the customer's facility a couple hours after the cleaning crew with an air particle counter to see if the crew did it's job? They are smart. They are professional.

Chris from Steamex came and cleaned my upholstered living room furniture. I had been suffering horrible allergies and believed the furniture was the culprit. I have had sofas professionally cleaned in the past, but Steamex was more thourough than anyone I have hired before. They did a great job. The furniture looks great, smells great and the allergens are down down down. I'm very pleased and recommend!

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.

Best carpet cleaning guy in the Valley. He's always on time, is capable of handling a wide variety of carpet cleaning issues, tile cleaning, grout cleaning, and more. He's very reasonable and just a great guy. Highly recommended.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
