A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. He was very professional and we were happy with how he cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend Jenkins Restorations!

I was impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness of this fire damage restoration service. They were able to salvage many of our belongings that we thought were lost forever. The team worked quickly and effectively to restore our home to its pre-fire condition.

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!

We had some flooding issues due to the monsoon, and fortunately, this company was a good call. Make sure to let them know exactly what they'll be dealing with.

I was surprised one morning with a roof leak that damaged my bathroom which required my bath/shower to be replaced. Thankfully Zona Restoration was able to respond that morning and get the mitigation started that same day. The service provided by everyone at the company was beyond my expectations. I want to personally thank from the mitigation team: Ed, Elijah, Santana, Eric, Nate, and Shane and from the reconstruction team: Zack, Max, Francisco, and Eric. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them if I ever need their help! This is a picture of my beautifully finished bath/shower.

Alex Altman with COIT is a superstar in my book. I was contacted immediately by Alex once my claim was initiated late at night through a Third Party. Impressive. He settled my worries with me about the claim process.Anytime that I called, he was able to pick up, which led me to believe that he was an office supervisor/representative, but this was wrong. Once it was time for the dirty work to begin, he was in there with the mold and face mask. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have had Alex and his team with COIT on my side. Had a few bare carpet spots dogs created when they were puppies…now that they are grown and behaved decided to try and have them carpet repaired before being replaced. Glad I did. Robert was phenomenal. The precision and detail he puts into the repair made it look like nothing ever happened. So convenient not to move furniture and deal with mess and time constraints of having carpet replaced.Would highly recommend and gladly use again. Thank you Robert.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
