So pleased with Deena and Lalanyi (sp?)! They were on time, so sweet, professional, and hard working. They got our rental property back in tip top shape. The entire experience with All Things New was very positive. From the initial inquiry, to Jill following up after our cleaning. We will definitely be using them again!!

We have had a wonderful experience with this service. We have found them to be thorough, flexible (we have dogs), and affordable. We highly recommend their services.

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.

I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a dirty house. It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team cleaned it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the professionals could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.

Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested.

Best residential cleaning in town. Washed the house and driveway and made it all look new again!

I have used Aether Facility for over a year and it has been a breath of fresh air to work with such an organized organization. Communication is efficient from beginning to end. The staff is very professional and they always go the extra mile.

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.

AJ was fantastic! He was quickly responsive to my message on Yelp, and we exchanged texts about a few additional details and his availability. He gave me a quote and came out within a few days to clean our windows, which was no easy job. We have a two story house and windows that extend up to 20 feet. He showed up on time, came prepared and has a really great attitude. The windows weren't this clean when we moved in a couple of years ago.

We will definitely have him back in the spring for another cleaning and, if you are on the fence about hiring someone else to clean your windows, you should give Streak Patrol a shot. The price was reasonable and the windows got clean.

CBN has been cleaning our medical office on a daily basis for the past three years. We have been happy with the services that they provide. Their staff have been trustworthy and reliable. In addition to the daily cleaning, we have them do our carpet and tile cleaning when needed. I give them 5 stars for their work and for their great communication when needed.

We just moved to the area and came across New Image from a referral. After a poor cleaning from a previous company I was thrilled to come across this AMAZING TEAM! They are prompt, professional and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

This company is awesome! Totally recommend using them. Very fairly priced, too!

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.
