Best Exterior Construction in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

OUTSTANDING!!!Holtzman and all of there wonderful employees have made our remodel a dream. Everyone we have worked with is highly experienced in the industry, prideful in their work, and personable. They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

Called Optum Home Solutions to have them see if they can help me out with my grandma's shower. She's looking for something safe and easier to get in and out of. Mike was very informative and helpful in designing what my grandma needs. We are looking forward to the date of the install and there will be a lot less worrying about safety issues with the shower. Feels good to go with a local company that actually cares instead of a big box store. I highly recommend Optum!

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!!
