This company was timely in their response to me after my request, showed up when they were expected to, and did a great job with the cleaning service we asked of them. Not only would I recommend them to anyone in need of power washing services but I will be using them again and again.

My friend and Realtor had recommended the service because they had used them in the past for move-in cleaning.

I emailed them and had to call three times before I got a response. I spoke to Tammy and explain to her that I needed a deep cleaning and actually wanted the services associated with post construction because I had just had windows replaced in the entire home and there was a lot of dust.

I further explained that I had 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the crew would need to have ladders that could reach the top because all the walls and ceilings needed to be dusted. She told me that they would send someone with a tall extension ladder and have all that work done before the crew of four cleaning girls would start on the rest of the house. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours, and explained to Tammy that even if it took longer, it was imperative that every aspect of this house be wiped down except for the windows. I agreed to the price quoted, which included a surcharge for a Saturday.

On the day of the service, for girls arrived with small step ladders. No one came equipped with an extension or tall ladder to do the walls. I told the lead girl Allison that the walls needed to be wiped down. Her response was “ all of them?”

I explained to her everything that I wanted done and confirmed that they would do the three bathrooms and disinfect them as well. She assured me that they would. They stayed three hours, and when I went to check on the work, I told Allison that the upstairs was not nearly as clean as the downstairs. There was still dust on the furniture in the master bedroom and none of the bathroom shower doors, nor bath tub and shower tiles had been cleaned. I told her that I had wanted them done. She again stared at me blankly. Then asked me to sign the invoice. She did not offer to correct what was not done thoroughly nor did she offer to do the bathrooms. They were still well within the four hour timeframe and could easily have done it.

I emailed Tammy outlining everything and stated my disappointment as I did not get the service that I was promised. I told her that while the girls did work when they were there, they did not do everything that Tammy and I had discussed, and what I had explained to Allison. I asked her to please contact me or respond to my email. I was hoping to have them come back and complete the work.

I was not even given the courtesy of a call back or respond to my email.

Not only is this company not “perfectionist quote. They are also extremely unprofessional. My realtor and friend who recommended them will now no longer be telling anyone to use them.

Amy was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and professional. She took her time and was so thorough. Definitely did a better job than I try to do. Would highly recommend her to anyone asking around

Currently working for Sonaron In Norfolk this is a horrible place to work for they havent paid there employees over a month there always claiming theres something wrong with the system but cant write a paper check for us and on top of that NSU just donated them 40 Million dollars, i've asked for pay stops and proof that i work there more than twice and they just refuse to give me that info, this is just a really bad company to work for they badically have all there employess working for free this is just sad & something needs to be done ASAP.....

Amazing. Can you say that carpet and tile cleaning is amazing? I say yes. Mike has been cleaning my carpets every 6 months for the last 2 years. This time they also cleaned my tile. Well, it’s like I have brand new tile. There was a lot of dirt and “spots” in the grooves but he was able to clean all that out! Amazing. Thank you Mike. See you in 6 months!
