Good service thanks

I was disappointed in the service. Paid for a one time deep cleaning and the housekeepers said they'd be there for 2.5 to 3 hours, but came home at the 2.5 hours and they were already gone. House was found with many lights left on and their used wet rags on my bookshelf. Noticed they didn't even touch a bedroom and my entry way. Paid for a deep cleaning of my baseboards and it was obvious some weren't touched. Bookshelves covered in dust, mirror and picture frames filthy. Called and the company was very nice and sent different housekeepers. They were great but it was super awkward pointing out all the missed areas. Found out the company doesn't include basic cleaning like vacuuming couches and wiping down doors as part of there standard cleaning. The second team did an excellent job but overall won't do this again for that price.

Patryk and his team are by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. They go over every detail of what you need and expect from them and they have done the best job every time. They are extremely professional, responsive with quality work. They are always accommodating to the schedule we need when we have guests at our Airbnb and are very flexible. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a standard cleaning to someone who runs and Airbnb, Vrbo or rentals.

I have been using Chiapas for about 4 years. Maria is amazing! Always dependable, very trustworthy and does an exceptional job every month! I trust her 100%! She has a key to my home and locks it up when she is done. She does not miss a thing and goes above and beyond to clean my home perfectly! The company I work for has been in contract with Jani King - Phonex since even before I was hired. I am always 100% thrilled with their cleaning, never having any complaints. Our cleaning goes beyond and clean dirty dishes that are left on the counter in our lunch room. They are quick on answering special requests and do an excellent job doing carpet spot cleaning every quarter. They are always on top of it!
