Best All Commercial Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

The maids were kind, and obviously experienced in their field as they clean my Office. They have earned my business as my preferred fabric protector provider. You're really awesome.

On September 28, 2020, two sweet smiles rang my doorbell. Sylvia and Gloria with Maid Brigade had show up for our appointment. They were to help me clean areas that I am unable to clean. They immediately took to task and cleaned and shined my bathrooms, including the most difficult task of removing hard water spots from glass shower doors. They cleaned high ledges and the blades of ceiling fans, they shined light bulbs and cleaned the hanging lights and chandeliers in my home. They were pleasant, sweet, professional, happy and thorough. Before moving to the next room, they would ask me to approve the room they had just cleaned. Very good job...I was so pleased and very impressed.

We've worked with several cleaning companies, TCA is by far the best. Friendly, efficient and organized. Our house has never been this clean. We would recommend
them to anyone.

We wanted the exterior of our home cleaned and pressure washed, including the entry courtyrd. Their tech, Daniel, was knowledgable and efficient. We have a single story home but visible sections of the home extend well above the parapets. He was fine using our ladder to get on the flat roof and do these areas well.

As they predicted in their free quote, not all stains were removed with their soap and wash process, but the home looks much better.

Daniel mentioned the solar panels were quite dirty. Apparently they clean panels as well. We'll be working with them on this next.

Just tried to book cleaning service, they didn’t have what I wanted in a reasonable price range which is fine, however the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had a very condescending tone.

She was constantly interrupting me while I was asking questions and trying to vocalize the services I wanted and my budget constraints, and then simply said “good luck with that” over and over. As if because I am broke due to CoVid layoffs means I am not worthy of her time on the phone.

Extremely rude, no customer service skills, I would avoid them simply not to have to deal with her.

Increased rating to 3 stars from 1 star, again for customer service not actual cleaning. A manager did call me and “kind of” apologized for her employees behavior, but also made some excuses for her. I understand standing up for ones employees, but do not understand arguing with potential clients.

Hopefully owners can address the situation I’m sure the actual cleaninservices provided.

Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes. They were so easy to work with, very timely, sent me a proposal and had a fair price. Did I mention they were also available same day? Will definitely hire them again. My husband and I needed pet stain and odor removal last year. Dr Chem Dry was out within 24 hours, did a great job and we have had no problems since. The techs were great, going over every inch of our carpet to make sure they got every stain and even came back out a week later to spray the deodorizer again. I was very happy with the results!
