Amazing results! Dr. Dan came in went over with me the process we went over my wants and expectations and in a blink of an eye my carpets were new again. Cream colored carpets and dogs don't mix and I honestly wasn't hopeful what could be done to save the carpets and I was blown away with the results. You are making the right choice when you choose Dr. Chem Dry.

Horrible experience. I only gave 1 star for the manager Scott who is professional. The cleaner Alexis didn’t clean the kitchen floor, sink, microwave. and left it filled with grease. that was included in the cleaning service. Would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away. They send their worst cleaner if you buy with groupon

Clean Freak did AMAZING with my house. They took their time, paid close attention to detail, and passed no judgement on what my husband and I had allowed to happen to our home. They were kind and caring. And the icing on the cake was getting home with my 3 toddlers and their excitement in seeing how lovely our home looked!

Our pool cleaner, Arthur, does a wonderful job taking the time to get our pool sparkling clean. The repair team, in our experience, responds in a timely manner to diagnose the problem and make the adjustments or repairs needed. The customer service reps I have spoken to are friendly and professional.The remodeling department, however, has not responded in a timely manner, which is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5.
