Best Exterior House Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

This is the 3rd company I tried to clean my home. Team 6 did an amazing job.Thank you.

First visit was a success so we plan to use bi-weekly service. Been using for 6 months and they consistently inform me when they are on the way to clean my son’s apartment. If they cannot clean, I receive a call to reschedule. Would recommend to friends and family.

I can't say enough good about State 48 cleaning services. We had a very small window of time to schedule a move out clean during an extremely busy time for all cleaning services. (End/beginning of month AND on a holiday!) Not only did State 48 jump through hoops to squeeze us in they did an absolutely deep and thorough cleaning that exceeded all expectations. Mike was a Rockstar making it happen and his crew rose to the challenge! Couldn't be more pleased with results. We have used a number of services and individuals over the years to clean our home, and I can honestly say that Kathy (crew supervisor and leader), her team and the rest of the folks @ The Perfectionist are true professionals that provide a superior service!

Called for an appointment yesterday afternoon and they were able to fit me in today. Greg arrived 30 minutes early and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was even able to get out some really bad stains. Will definitely use Valley's Best Carpet Cleaning again!

We sold our home and hired Special Ops to come out last minute and clean for the new buyer. They were there as planned, even a little early which is great, they sent extra help too! The ladies that cleaned were thorough and friendly, they did a great job! The house looked sparkling and smelled amazing when we left. Their customer service is exceptional too! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I would not recommend this company at all. I paid $300 for a cleaning and the floors were still dirty, things weren't dusted, countertops were the way I left them. Plus, they were supposed to be at my place in the morning; I came home from work at 4:30 and there was still someone here with the job half done! I was having company that evening. I complained and got a second cleaning that was just as worthless as the first. AND, I was told they'd be here in the morning. Again, I came home from work at 4:30 to find them still here. They also won't refund all of my money.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!
