This company doesn't take responsibility for their actions. Driving down I-17 and one of their trucks blows a tire. (Ok. That sucks) Then the driver keeps driving for almost 1/2 mile to get off the freeway. In this time debris from the truck and trailer are flying off and struck my car. The 2 employees did not speak any English, when I was able to get a hold of Ivan their boss he did not even care. He told me to file a report with DPS, which I did. I then called back and he did not talk to me, I called the next day, same thing. I did leave a message with NO return phone call, I then waited 2 days thinking maybe they were busy, NOPE, still NO call back. I called again and was pushed off to Matt and he said they will not do anything about it but their insurance guy would call me. 2 days later he did call and said, sorry we will not replace your tire because it was not our fault. This is not right and of course the insurance guy was not on scene but the DPS officer was who wrote the debris did come from their truck. This company should replace my tire and I should NOT have to bear the cost of replacement because of their lack of vehicle maintenance!!
