Richard and Jodi are quality people - sincere, open, direct. We met Richard at their office and reviewed various concrete floor techniques for our condo. He explained each, pros and cons. We chose a polyurethane finish to lighten the look of the gray concrete with a small amount of glitter added to reflect highlights under direct light - much like a pearl finish on an automobile. He made us some samples and we scheduled the work. His guys were on time, neat (they laid down plastic since this is a condo with carpeted hallways to the unit), and they listened to our instructions for the type of look we wanted. We expected more of a mess, but the team was efficient and kept the dust to a minimum. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Sledge to anyone.

I had AZ Foundation Solutions out at my house to help us better understand what the potential remedies were to address some settling we noticed in our 20+ yr old home. The analysis they performed and the level of detail they went into was great and it provided us with the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision.

When it came time for the stabilization work to be performed, Daniel, Omar and Freddie did an amazing job! They worked hard each day and answered any questions we had as the work progressed and we were able to see the steps they were taking. Throughout the project, they were also very keen that their work environment was our home and cleaning up was an important aspect each day. At the end of the project, everything was cleaned up and put back to to what it was before they started.

I would highly recommend AZ Foundation Solutions for any settling issues you are facing. I'm sure all of their team members are great, but if you are lucky enough to have Daniel, Omar and Freddie then you've got some of the best working on your home.

Due to some cracks and other damage I had noticed I decided to give RamJack a call to see if my concerns were due to issues with the house foundation. I've been in the house for 15+ years and have large trees close to the house that I was concerned might have lifted the foundation. I was told that they'd send out a representative to provide a free estimate. Tim Schirra arrived on time and provided a free quote for the issues I was concerned about. He listened patiently as I explained my concerns about my home and then pointed out that the things I was worried about were due to natural aging and shifting common to the soils and heat here in Arizona, and explained that the foundation of my home wasn't a problem. He explained how he has been in this line of work for many years and that he can quickly recognize damage caused by foundational issues, and identified the types of damage I needed to look for if I did have foundation issues. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated the time, effort, expertise and patience he provided, even though I didn't need any services by his company Thanks, again Tim!

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.

Eric and his team did an amazing job of doing a wrap around walkway at our homes backyard and side which also included a pad for our BBQ area. Price was great, if we were to need more done i would definitely hire and recommend them.
