We had a great experience working with Urban Customs. Heath and Rachel were very responsive and worked with us on the detailing of our stairs to make sure we had a desirable and cost-effective finished product. Heath was very easy to work with and efficient with the install. He left the house in a clean and livable condition at the end of each day. We are very happy with the process and final product.

Company never contacted me again after their initial visit. He didn’t even measure my house to bid the job seriously.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The workmanship of the glass tile backsplash is perfect. Ali came by to sign off on the project as well. I will be calling them in the future for other projects.

We had carpet in 2 bedrooms, an office, and a casita replaced with tile by Floor Source. Our salesperson, Tiffany, was fantastic. She was great at communicating with us during the whole process and was able to get us a very fair price. The estimate was accurate and there were no hidden costs. The installation crew did a great job and did everything that I asked of them without a complaint. ( I’m pretty picky ) The floors are beautiful.

Daniel's work is quality and his price is right. Easy to work with, on time, and a passion for doing things the proper way. He installed wood floors, refinished old wood floors, lengthened a stair-step, and changed our stairs from carpeted to wood. A beautiful job that added beauty and value to our home. We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..
