I booked an appointment with James to do a free quote/inspection of my floor cracks. He arrived on time and volunteered to take off his shoes when he entered the house which came as a surprise. Throughout the evaluation he was able to demonstrate his impressive experience and knowledge and gave great recommendations on how to solve the problem. In the end I wanted to have a number from him for the total cost and he said the fixes I need is not something they normally do (rain gutter, soil gradings, etc). He told me to find qualified companies to do it instead and how to select a great company. So I was like at least let me give you some tips for the entire hour you spent here?
