I had been receiving foundation repairs from another company. I had discovered new foundation concerns and shared these concerns. The company engineers recommended that have piers installed, which would cost more than $7,000 per pier. I had already spent about $8,000 on other repairs and remediation efforts including a moisture removal system and crack repair. Just ot be sure, he recommended to perform another survey, which was half the cost of the other company and would contribute to any future repairs. Nick performed the measurements and was very accommodating and timely. Brian returned to review the results, which were similar to the results found by the other company but more detailed. The only repair recommended was stem wall repair at the front of the house, which was never mentioned by the other company. This repair had a lifetime warranty as well. The repair was far less expensive than I anticipated. In addition, Brian provided advice on how to better use my moisture removal system to avoid dropping of the slab due to over-drying of the ground. When asked about his recommendations on my other home improvements, he provided great advice and clear instructions, including dealing with other slab cracks and even new floor installation. Upon the end of the meeting, I was extremely relieved and excited about the go-ahead to continue my home renovations with confidence. Thank you!
