Rob came out and did an estimate and after install price was exactly as they said. The cleanup from the installer Ernie was above and beyond. What a great experience overall. Fast and clean good work

This company subcontracts installation, but has no system in place to ensure quality control. After almost a months delay in install, they damaged my irrigation system and ignored my numerous attempts to correct deficiencies in installation. Attempts to contact the office to explain the contractor isn’t responding are met with unprofessional responses referring you back to the sub. This was not a low cost estimate chosen to save money. Buyer beware.

Bought a 10 year old pool fence and had DCS powder coat it before I installed it. I just did a clean up on it before I sent it to him and when I got it back it looked like a new fence! Saved me thousands over a new fence. My only mistake was that I did not have his crew install it. It took me forever to do it in my spare time and after having him do a beautiful RV gate for me I am thinking his crew would have installed the fence in hours...

Working with The Scottsdale Fence Company has been amazing! They are very professional, responsive, and obviously care a great deal about making sure that their clients are happy. Absolutely horrible service! I had to cancel my order and it took over a month to get final confirmation from someone that it had been handled. Everyone was waiting for someone else to find out and they never called back when they said they would. Then they mailed the refund check to the wrong address and accepted zero responsibility for it and charged me $31 to get a new check sent to me! On top of that, when I went to pick up the check there was a mystery charge for $150 for custom materials and taxes paid. So I was charged for something I didn't receive! Of course, they didn't tell me that when we were on the phone so it was a surprise when I got to their office.

They also asked me to go to the house (with the wrong address) and ask for the check back! REALLY??? You make the mistake and ask me to go to a stranger's house to retrieve it???? I can't even make this stuff up! If I could rank ZERO or LESS I would. Will NEVER use them when we purchase our home and will spend years letting everyone know how they are.

I called needing supply parts & the guy didn't have what I needed in stock. However, he recommended a company that did. It's that type of mindset that it's ok to help even if it isn't you yourself selling the product that makes me think this company is decent.

Great company. Rudy was our salesman and he knows his stuff. They promised me a date and were able to keep it with no problem. I expected the job to take a couple of days, they finished in one day and everything worked perfect. I am very please with this company and their quality of service.
