I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! Danny and his team were great to work with. They guided us through the entire process of the remodel. They had samples of the material we could look at and made a design drawing of what the kitchen would look like when they were finished. Every day during the remodel they completely cleaned up so there wasn't tools or debris laying around. Every wishlist item we had, they were able to accomplish. We now have a pantry, way more cabinet space, higher ceilings, better lighting, an island for the sink, and a more open entry into the dining room.

We couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Luxury Remodel helped me remodel the master bath, install master bedroom flooring and supervise the installation of granite countertops in the kitchen of a rental house. I am out of town and found it very easy to work with Tim who was great at giving me status updates and answering my questions. The quality of work is good and the crew cleaned up the worksite reasonably well. I would definitely consider them for future projects.

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

Shannon and his Five40 team did a medium-sized TI for us that included new walls, drywall and paint, and an ESD-safe floor. They did a great job, and did it in a very timely manner - in fact, they completed the job ahead of schedule. We are quite pleased with the work, and the professionalism of the team - we would use them again, and definitely recommend!
