Best Repair Flooring in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodeling recently remodeled my kitchen and master bath. Jeremy, Ben, and Mark are incredibly professional! We chose designer cabinets which take a bit longer, and the results are incredible and very high quality! Both the kitchen and master bath and many other projects they completed throughout my entire home are perfect and exactly how I dreamed they would turn out! Several friends and family have been to my newly remodeled home and they can’t get over how amazing it looks! The quality of the work is beyond my expectations! Phoenix Home Remodeling is a company I would definitely hire again; a truly top notch company!

Holtzman Home Improvement was one of three contractors that I reviewed before making a choice for my bathroom remodel. This was my first experience with remodeling and Grace and Brandon and the team were excellent in keeping me grounded and on track throughout the whole experience. There were a few hick ups but all in all the work went well everyone was professional and it was done in time for Thanksgiving with the family.
I will be using them again for the kitchen remodel in the future.

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

We had our kitchen and bath cabinets replaced. Beautiful cabinets and excellent customer service. On time, incredibly knowledgeable about design and what works in a specific space. The company came back multiple times to make sure the job was perfect and to our specifications. We would highly recommend PJH Construction!!

They went the extra mile to make sure it was adorable and exactly what we wanted. What an amazing experience and new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else!!

I hope my review will steer you away from pursuing business with Handy Connection. We initially reached out to Elizabeth Evans based on many of the reviews seen below, but our family has had a significantly different experience that we wanted to share.

Elizabeth came out to our home for an estimate for some electrical work. She explained to us that she typically prices out the work two ways, one with an hourly rate and another with a per item cost. Her ploy is to list two prices, but you will end up paying the higher price anyway.

They grossly overestimate their ability to perform the work they agreed upon. While a single fan and switch was added to my project, the initial timeframe to complete the work went from 4 hours to 5 separate visits to home. This is due to multiple damages that were created while attempting to complete the project. Between visits she left us with holes in our home both inside and out. Even more concerning is that I had to plead with her to come back between visits to finish the job, but she was reluctant per her own accord based on late-night drinking.

We payed for 2 skilled electricians to perform the work, but Elizabeth Evans showed up with her office secretary who per own admission it was her first time on a job site.

Her attempt to repair the damages that were created were incredibly poor. I had enough of her craftsmanship and did not wish for her to perform any additional work on our home. We asked her to not return.

Subsequently, I received a bill for an amount that was never agreed to. She never provided written change orders for pricing. The predatory billing is incredibly unethical.

I offered to pay the original amount and pay someone else to complete the work that they were incapable of satisfactorily completing. They refused and threatened to place a lien on our home over a difference of a couple hundred dollars. Complaints have been filled with the. BBB and ROC.

Trust me, there are better electricians out there. I urge you to please avoid using Elizabeth Evans, save yourself headaches, time, and endless frustration.

CAUTION: THEIR RESPONSE IS A LIE.
1) I NEVER REQUESTED TO HAVE TWO PRICING OPTIONS, THIS WAS OFFERED TO ME.
2) I ADDED A FAN AND SWITCH --> THIS EQUATED INTO 5 ADDITIONAL VISITS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
3) WORK THAT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WE ELECTED TO NOT PERFORM (I.E. INSTALLING CAMERAS), YET WE ENDED UP WITH A SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER BILL TO ADD A SINGLE FAN AND SWTICH.
4) THE ADDITIONAL PRICING WAS NEVER DISCUSSED.
5) I NEVER THREATENED TO BLAST YOU, NOT SURE WHAT THAT EVEN MEANS. I DO WANT TO WARN PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
6) I'VE OFFERED TO PAY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR THE WORK PLUS THE FAN, NOT YOUR BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING WITH 2X THE LABOR COSTS. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OTHER COMPANY'S ESTIMATES, JUST YOUR OWN.

Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

We are happy with our complete kitchen remodel with Kitchen and bathroom remodelers phoenix. The whole team was friendly and top-notch skilled. I will work on them again.

I've had the pleasure of working with the knowledgeable staff at the Luxury Remodels Company, and I'm glad I did. They organized the chaotic room beautifully and added storage to my new kitchen. I endorse their professional staff. You won't be dissatisfied.

Derek and his people are absolutely amazing! They redid the shower in my master bath and it was not an easy job. The quality of the work and the completed job far exceeded my expectations! I only wish I had done this five years ago! It looks fabulous! I would highly recommend them ?

Home concepts custom remodeling was very helpful in remodeling my bathroom! They had excellent customer service and treated me with a lot of respect! They did a great job and they were on time! I highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with the professionalism, quality and promptness of the worker's, who cleaned up after the job was completed, doing an excellent job. They took extra care to ensure the large windows we had in the back of our home were not damaged by falling debris, as they removed the old siding and construction materials originally installed, taking the home down to bare stubs, and then rebuilding from there. We look forward to our lifetime warranty on all items installed, especially the feature that the warranty is transferable to a new owner.

Colton B and Pedro M were refreshingly professional, kind, knowledgeable and great craftsmen. They were on time, explained the process, answered any questions, went over everything when completed and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend these two young men and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom.

The company just finished repair work at my house and did an excellent job. Steve is very professional and the quote was right on, with it actually coming in at a lower cost than anticipated. I highly recommend Sun Country Renovations.
