These garage cabinets are the real deal...great quality material and fairly priced. The salesperson was prompt and courteous and best of all the cabinets were installed by a total pro who took his time and was as fussy as I am...a great experience all the way.

Don't do business with these people if your in utah. Ben hendon will over promise and under deliver. Absolutely horrible experience. Rick was the only one who tried to help but his hands were tied. Ben will take your money then act like he's doing you a favor. He came and took measurements himself when the cabinets finally showed up they didn't fit, Ben measured wrong yet took no accountability for it and only had our cabinets showed up. A week later the last 1 finally showed up after being told 2 to 3 days. We had to help unload the truck because their guy wouldn't, reschedule the installer 3 times because of Ben. Not once did he call me on the phone to apologize or even explain. When we told them we weren't paying he threatened to call the cops and through some contract in our face. They were paid in full reluctantly by me never once received a call. Awful experience don't use them and don't trust Ben hendon.

Here is an update, they ordered to many cabinets came and took to many away when we showed up to pick it up Ben refused to give it to us because of this bad review on him. They have been paid in full cashed our final check. And are now ignoring us. No one ever answers the phone and I get no contact information here i promise you don't want to do buisness with these people we are now going to small claims court because of poor customer service and no accountability. Absolutely awful then he says if i take my review didn't and sign a contract that I won't give them bad reviews then we can have our last cabinet. No one has even trues from corporate to reach out. So at this point I have to have a custom cabinet built even though I paid for 1 and Sue them to get my money back absolutely awful experience. I won't have my freedom of speech threatened or censored because they failed

Unfortunate to be writing this, but I have no choice. Three months ago we hired Closets by Design to overhaul three closets and our garage. For the most part, the experience was very positive with them. The work they did was reliable and quality.

That said, the floor tile they sold me, as you can see from the photos below, is a very poor quality product. After just three months, it is a disaster. Coming apart at the seems. Discoloration. Just a poor product.

I feel a reputable company would take one look at this, apologize, issue a refund, and take things up separately with the manufacturer. I mean, look at it - right??

Unfortunately, that is not how they have chosen to handle this. They are, arguably, dragging their feet. Follow up from them is extremely slow. I always must contact them for updates. It’s been six weeks since I first complained, as it was clearly very early that this tile was awful. Their resolution is to order replacement tiles from the manufacturer and see how that goes first. What tiles of this disaster are they going to replace? The entire thing is coming apart and discoloring after just three months. Can you imagine how god awful this is going to look in three years?

No, I want it gone. It’s not their fault, but this is the manufacturer they chose. I trusted them. Now they want me to be tied to their manufacturer. This is business integrity? Too bad, because otherwise it was a good experience with them.

Great work and customer service throughout the entire process! Very reliable and there was very minimal disruption during our kitchen and bath remodeling project.

This place has a wide variety of wood. I was able to turn my plain basement bar into a great looking bar! I plan on doing another wall in the house as well. I did have a small issue, but Thomas took care of it right away. Definitely recommend this place.

What a great experience from start to finish for our garage cabinets. Spent so much time with me getting the perfect dimensions, colors, and cabinets for our garage. Everything came out better than I expected, as promised, installed and a great price!
