I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

Of all of the contractors I’ve had in during a kitchen remodel Sheworks was the most professional. They even vacuumed up dust from the drywall they had to cut to add outlets and lights. I usually dread working with contractors and having them in but this was a pleasure! I just wish they could do other jobs for me besides my electrical!! THANK YOU Sheworks!

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

I love my new shower, the installers are very professional and courteous, very cautious to clean up after themselves it was an all-around great experience.

A very good experience having my shower remodeled! Andres & Anthony actually arrived on site early. They had a plan in place from teardown of the old shower to installation & completion of the new! Kory showed up to complete the installation team work. From the detailed installation to the presentation of closing paperwork - overall, a very good job!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.
