Best Install Flooring in Phoenix AZ

Where to begin, we’ll starting with our estimate we really wanted dustless tile removal but was told for half the price they can tape and mask up all important things in the rooms to protect it so we went ahead with atomic. We schedule the start day for a Monday, well Monday shows and no one comes to my property by 10 no phone calls no texts, I reach out and was told the installer had a baby night prior, well that’s amazing but where is the communication? As the client I took the day off work to help with anything I can to just find out they won’t be coming. I was then told they will be at my house on Tuesday by 10 am, well 12 comes and no one here again…… reach out and was told they will be there by 130-2. So the installer came at 2 and then told me they do not have the plastic to cover up the area……I had to scramble around my house to find something fo at least cover the entryway so the dust doesn’t make it was into the living room… the installer did an amazing job and the floor does look amazing! But when all done the amount of dust is insane there is dust and concrete chips everywhere in my kitchen cabinet all over cooking utensils, plates, pots, the TV has concrete stuck to the screen and dust caked onto it. this is why I originally wanted dustless so 1 I wouldn’t have this issue and 2 ok if we were not doing dustless and you tell me during my estimate that the area with all valuables would be covered up then please do, who comes to a job with not all the needed tools for a job????? We reach out and was told there is no charge for the prep and they do the best we can… they didn’t do anything!!.The installation like i said is great but the communication is lack of and the amount of unnecessary cleaning and fixing due to this is not good.

Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didn't try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Our carpet looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend giving Robert a call!

I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

You will not find a better floor prep contractor anywhere! Rob fixed the issues caused by the previous contractor and was meticulous in preparing the floor perfectly for hard wood installation. He paid attention to every derail with precision and integrity and set the installer up for success. Highly recommend! Don’t hire anybody but Rob!

Best commercial flooring company around!

Alan did an absolutely fantastic job! We really feel lucky to have found him. We had several quotes from a variety of bathroom remodeling professionals. We could tell right away that he knows what he’s doing and made us feel very confident that he would do just what we wanted. He is a perfectionist. That is what you want when doing a bathroom! His quote was absolutely fair. His communication was excellent. His timeline was realistic. He works very clean. Always cleaned up after himself. He was very good about some of the changes we made during the process. In fact what started as only one shower remodel became two. He works with an expert plumber that did excellent work. (Simon’s Plumbing). He also has a fantastic glass guy. (AJL Glass). We are so happy with the work he did we recommend him to anyone. We will be having him back to do our floors In the future. He really is the best choice!!

Amazing flooring contractor in Phoenix!

Matt was recommended to us by our neighbor to do our flooring. We are extremely happy with our new hardwood flooring! The quality and communication was great throughout the project and we would recommend Phoenix Flooring to anyone.

Their work is fantastic and their business ethics are impeccable! We LOVE our new flooring: both the bamboo wood flooring in most of the house and the carpet in the bedrooms. They'll be doing our kitchen remodel next. Great people to work with, can't say enough wonderful things about them!

Top notch service! We were impressed with the great job that they did. We were able to keep our original baseboards (Which they painted to look new). Mark and Daniel are very professional and I definitely will use them for our next flooring upgrade.

This installer company has been absolutely amazing. They are with you every step and explain what the problem is and also warranty everything of anything is off they will come right back free of charge. I will continue using them.

I had our floor refinished and some rotted out boards replaced. The guys at Royal did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. Vinny was great to work with- I can't say enough about the value of good customer service

They were willing to guide me through all aspects of the install process. The crew is trustworthy and I did leave them alone a couple of days. Highly Recommend.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.
