It was great working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Overall the experience was amazing. From start to finish it went smoothly. The final outcome was impressive. They Remodeled our kitchen and left the before and after difference was out of this world.

When we signed our contract we had a welcome call for the company within 5 days from signing our contract. They went over there 5 steps process with us. We had communication and new all there process and what to expect every step of the way. There custom service department answer all our question. Will our superintendent went over are customer portal with us and the calendar so we new when the trades were coming to our home. There text message feature is great . Holtzman provide the worker that is coming to our home and what trade we can expect that day. There entire process from start to finish was very organized and it’s the best company we every work with. The workers and there finished product is exactly what the rendering they provide to us. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel. Definitely Holtzman is our contractor for life .

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

We had a very good experience with our odd sized bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. We were told upfront that the project might take 10 weeks due to material shortages but it only took about 6 weeks. The company did keep in touch during that time.
The project cost about $11,000 but that price seems justified by the quality of the materials and installation.
Our installers, Jared W & Francis R, were fabulous! They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and they were both friendly and respectful of our property and ourselves.
I don't have anything bad to say about this experience.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! Was so happy to find a contractor who would do a small job. Others are only interested in securing large orders. Very happy with the speed of getting things set up and the quality workmanship.

We had grab bars installed in the shower and water closet next to the toilet. Not a hard job for a DIY but I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. They did the job quickly cleanly and everything looks good. Very satisfied

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

Everything about the Windows enhancement went swimmingly, beginning with the sales presentation and continuing through the installation. Very professional, the installation was done quickly, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. The installation worked out to my complete satisfaction. I suggested it to folks who want to have their windows replaced. Let's not lose sight of the fact that these windows are of high quality. Suggest, recommend, and recommend.

Working with Hunter was an awesome experience. He is a dedicated and hardworking person, who's willing to listen to your needs and work towards giving you exactly what you want. In my experience, it's often difficult communicating with many GC's as they either don't provide context, or don't listen directly to your feedback. However, working with Hunter was much more smooth, he was able to sit down with us, listen to our goals, and implement what we were looking for. I would strongly recommend Hunter and Offcut Interiors.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.
