Remodels are always late and over-budget. I am sure you have heard that before. That summarizes our experience. We remodeled our floors, kitchen and bathroom. They were not cheap, end product was good but way over-budget, late and full of surprises. We made our selections and signed our lives away in March 2019, the project was completed in October 2019. We decided to finance the project, the sales rep indicated we would not need to provide a downpayment so we signed our lives away. A few months later the owner contacted us and indicated we needed to pay a 30% downpayment so that they could place the order. 30%!!!!!!!!

If they actually worked every business day this project would have taken 1 month.

Would I hire them again? NO
Would I go through a remodel again? NO

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

DreamStyle remodeled our guest bathroom. They removed the Tub/Shower with shower curtain set up and installed a more modern stand up shower with sliding barn door glass doors. The work was done exceptionally well and they attention to detail was impressive. Robert Kempf and Jonathan Pina did an outstanding job. Any problems or issues were immediately addressed and taken care of. I would use them again.

True to their word!! Luxury Remodel is a professional company from the design team to the finished product.I’d especially like to thank Sean Stewart, our project manager. He was fantastic to work with and always had a smile on his face. He followed through on all of our requests; he was available and responsive to text or phone calls. He and/or his crew cleaned up and vacuumed every evening. And kept us informed daily on CoConstruct which was very helpful when we traveled. But best of all, Sean, Jack and Robert ( the cabinet guys) delivered us a most beautiful kitchen. Jack and Robert have integrity in their work and delivered us custom made cabinets that look professionally done. Thank you to all of these guys. Luxury Remodel is the real deal.

Was quite surprised when Greg showed up at door, and giving me a quote for a ŵalk in rub that I could not pass up. He started right away and his employees were very knowledgeable. I would recommend him as my wife and I were very happy..I had a small problem with the pests under the old tub in bathroom and he came out and took care of it.He is a good man and nice to due ɓussñess with!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

We just finished a wine refrigerator install, cabinet install and tiled our master bedroom. I cannot express how happy we are with the quality of work from Tony and his team. They are professional, timely and overlook no detail to ensure the project is done right. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a contractor. Professional, Quality work and super clean! Found these guys at a trade show. Hired them to replace my old kitchen sink. They did the job without cracking my granite countertop. Highly recommended.

We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..
