Signature Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Ben, Mike and the entire Signature Kitchen crew were outstanding doing our kitchen remodel (2016-2017). Professional, creative, knowledgeable, timely and communicative throughout the entire process. They would have been on schedule if we hadn't added additional work to the project. We highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel.

My family and I had a Pinterest vision for our kitchen area. We were unable to find a dream home that met all of our criteria, so remodeling was something we had to do. After getting a few different quotes from different companies, we decided to go with Ben at Signature Kitchen and Bath. His price was not the lowest or highest, but fair. He was able to take care of all of the different trades. Building the custom bench, the painting. Tearing down a wall, updating the drywall, fixing the floors. Verse us having to coordinate all of those different steps to be whole again. We are so pleased with the final product, and would recommend Ben and this company to all friends & family!

We hired Signature Kitchen & Bath after meeting with several other remodeling companies. Their initial design and details for our kitchen remodel is what set them apart. Overall the project went well and our kitchen looks amazing! Definitely plan on using them for our next project.

My wife and I finally decided to take the leap and remodel our kitchen, master bath, guest bath and a few other smaller projects like our railing, front door ect…. We vetted several companies before getting referred to Signature Kitchen and Bath. We were referred to them by a friend who had used them on three previous jobs. It was reassuring to have a personal reference whom we knew and had used them repeatedly.

I would strongly recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath and will be using them for future projects. It was great to finally find a company that could manage all the various projects we wanted done simultaneously while not inconveniencing our family. Having a dedicated project manager who was willing to accommodate our schedule with three young kids was great. Ben was very knowledgeable, personable, dependable, responsive, and reliable throughout the entire process.

The best thing about working with Signature Kitchen and Bath was the transparency. A project of this size was a considerable investment and could have been much more stressful than it already was if we didn’t have the open communication and transparency Ben showed. We were able to get everything we wanted done on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to our daily activities. It was a relief to have someone managing our project who could put our minds at ease by recognizing, empathizing, and resolving any unexpected issues and/or concerns that arose.

The most impressive part of the process was the management of all the different companies and tradesmen who came through our home to get this project completed. Everyone was polite, professional, considerate and courteous. It was nice to have so many crews who would clean up after themselves at the end of every day and respect the fact that we were still living here throughout the whole project.

A month after our project has completed, we have no regrets about working with Ben and Signature Kitchen and Bath. I would hire them again without a second thought and recommend them to friends and family.

In 2018, we had Signature do our master bathroom remodel and loved the result. It has stood the test of time, still looking beautiful, everything works as it should, and no leaks. We were so pleased that we hired them again for a smaller remodel of our kitchen ceiling and removing a wall between the kitchen and family room. Highly recommended.

It has been ~1 month since my bathroom upgrades (master and hall) have been completed and I can't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the team @ Signature. My Project Manager Mike was great and the workers were professional, courteous and competent. I have to give a shout out to Chad who was at my home ~80% of the time.

As with any project when you open up walls or floors you never know what you will find. As it turned out the master bathroom shower pan was not installed correctly and required additional work to repair. Mike worked with me to understand the issue, and fix as well as worked with me in regards to the added cost. He also was great in sourcing materials to match the existing tile.

The overall experience was better than I expected. Mike was great at keeping me informed and setting expectations upfront. Providing tips on how to make the experience less frustrating. And when I called with a change or a concern he was always understanding and helpful.

I plan on using Signature for my Kitchen upgrade next year.

Signature Kitchen & Bath just finished a complete kitchen remodel for me and I absolutely love my new kitchen! Brady (Project Manager) was excellent at keeping me updated about the everything with the whole remodel. Right before demo day I decided I wanted to tile the entire house instead of just the kitchen, Brady came out to measure and let me know that they would be able to add that to the remodel. All the people that were in my house during the remodel were polite, professional and always took the time to explain any specific things I needed to be aware of the next day. Thanks again Signature Kitchen and Bath, I will definitely be contacting you if I decide to redo my bathrooms!!

I was referred to signature kitchen and bath by a friend that used them previously. Their Phoenix showroom was really nice. We sat with Ben to go over our bathroom remodeling needs. They had a lot of options available; which was a relief because our bathrooms are very small, and we needed to open them up a bit

We decided to redesign both of our bathrooms. We are very excited about our new granite countertops for the bathroom. The ones we picked really stood out to us. We had looked at a few other places and didn't really like what they had to offer. Everything seemed dated.

Overall we are very excited with our new bathrooms!!

It has been a few months since our bathroom remodel was completed.
Now that I have been using the bathroom (and everything works perfectly), I love it even more than when it was completed. It is an Art Deco design and Signature A did everything to make my dream complete. We were able to stay within our budget and our Proj. Mgr. was extremely helpful in making the project a huge success.
All of the contract personnel who came into our home were courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any bath/kitchen remodel. Thanks, Mike.

Be prepared to have your patience tried. We just completed a bathroom remodel This company's definition of time is very unique. They congratulated themselves on a project completed in four weeks. In actuality it was more like six weeks. However, that in itself, is not a big deal. Our extreme frustration was the lack of communication from those in charge. Phone calls were never returned. Texting is out or the question. Being informed as to when certain work would be done NEVER occurred. Apparently they fully expect to put a lock box on your home and come and go as they please. If you do bring up any minor change you'd like during the course of the project, you'd better ensure that it's put in writing. If not, you'll get we don't recall. The help we were promised to select our fixtures, tile, etc., turned out to be; here is the name of a store, let us know when you're done.

All that being said, we were very pleased with the various workers that actually came on site. The level of craftsmanship was very good. Thank goodness for that. We are satisfied with the end result. Even though it wasn't easy.

Wonderful professional company. They followed the contract and accommodated any change requests. We appreciated their neatness an professional workmanship. They gave use weekly schedules of who would be in our house and what was to be done. We are highly pleased with the final result. We highly recommend this company. Yes, we would work with them again.

Signature Kitchen and Bath tore out the flooring on the first floor of my house and put in wood look tile. They did a great job and now there is a nice cohesive look to the first floor of my house. The whole team was great and now I have beautiful flooring in my house!

Unfortunately, the driver of their corporate truck in Scottsdale was very aggressive on the road. He/she was cutting folks off.. without the use of a blinker... including me. If you are going to advertise your business on a truck, please keep in mind you are representing your company... and you should keep in mind the safety and wellness of others. Thank you.

Just got out of a lawsuit with this bait and switch scam artist of a company.
run far away do not use signature kitchen and bath. they are awful paid them off just to get them out of our life.
Their positive reviews are a hoax.
Would go into more detail however, I'm over it.

They have great customer service, were fast and efficient, on time and the job looks very professional. The team of Signature Kitchen & Bath Remodeling was very impressive and attentive!

Excellent company, honest, great workmanship and gets the job done. Use them as sub-contractors for my customers and never had a complaint! Keep up the good work.

Found these guys at a trade show. Hired them to replace my old kitchen sink. They did the job without cracking my granite countertop. Highly recommended.

Got a quote. Then they never showed to do the work. A month later they have no idea how we got lost and proceed to once again not show. Moved on.

You'd expect a company with their plastered on the side of their truck to obey the traffic laws-not this day.
