Will was my superintendent and he was very kind, professional and accommodating to my needs during the remodel. The remodel took longer than expected but I was expecting it would because of the pandemic. I appreciate the workers too ! They were all very kind and trustworthy!

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

Mario and Luis replaced my master bathroom tub with a walk-in shower enclosure, as well as my secondary bathroom tub with a beautiful tub and enclosure. They were very professional, efficient, and did great work. Would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done without reservation.

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Doug, who did the initial visit for measuring, showing samples and quoting the job was professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and offered suggestions to give us the shower that we wanted. William, who did the actual install was very professional, pleasant and friendly. He always made a point of keeping things tidy around the work area and did a beautiful job on our new shower. The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

I had windows replaced. The Project Estimator and Pre-Install Manager were very thorough with explaining the product and the process. The workers arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job with installation and clean up. Managers involved with the task gave courtesy calls. The QA Manager came on site to inspect the job quality, review the warranty and payment options. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

Extremely disappointed. We need a bathtub replacement and wanted to use somewhere local. Upon scheduling, the scheduler did not tell us that all homeowners had to be present for the presentation. My husband scheduled the appointment. I work from home and have meetings. The salesperson went on a long pitch about our needs and what was important to us, and despite telling them, he tried to have my husband rush me through a critical meeting I was in. When I told him I could not be present, my husband could be asked to reschedule. We initially agreed until he told me I would need to make 2 hours available. We wanted a tub, not a song and dance. It is unreasonable to expect anybody to give 2 hours of their time. AND he kept touching my arm when he talked to us. Stop touching people. It's weird, offensive, and we will not be using your service

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Mark transformed my 1990’s dingy, dated-looking kitchen to a bright, beautiful functional space. He has extensive experience in kitchen renovation and it really shows! He also made suggestions such as better, more energy-efficient lighting, a person to install my countertop and sink, etc. that just added to the beauty of the space.
He’s extremely efficient, on time, and left the space clean and functional before he left each day.
I’ve used HC for years for smaller jobs but never for anything this extensive and it certainly won’t be the last! Cannot say enough positive things about my experience!
