Best Custom Project in Phoenix AZ

I've contracted with RENCO for over ten years and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness, caring attitudes and hometown presence. Quite the family run business! They've just completed a tile replacement for us...and we're absolutely pleased.

Roof recoating for the flat portion of my roof is coming due in about two years...and there's very little question in my mind that RENCO will place the bid that earns them the job. They've been around a long time and are extrmely trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the roof underlayment replacement that was done on my tile roof. Everything from the initial inspection, quote, roof work itself, and final inspection was first class. It took four workers five days of very hard work to complete the job (2600 sq ft house). I kept a very close eye on them and was extremely impressed with their quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely use again if needed.

This is a good company. The crew that installed our new metal roof was respectful and well-mannered in every one of our interactions, and they answered questions and communicated their schedule regularly. They did a thorough job, and clearly took pride in their work as we walked around to examine the finished product. Then they texted some nice pictures of it! They were very good at removing metal scraps and pieces of shingles when they were done. (We've had other work crews on our property in the past that didn't do a very good job with cleanup.) And what else can you say about a 50 yr guarantee?! Definitely recommend.

I had a roof that was damaged by a big storm and needed to get it fixed. A family friend recommended them so I gave the number a call. Ryan came to look at the roof and said it had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Ryan was friendly and very communicative during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends who need repairs done on their roof.

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

We don't get much rain in Az, but when it rains it pours!
Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

Wow, such a great company I ended choosing to call. I’ve been scammed by well known companies before, so I’m very cautious about who comes and tends to my home, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough and reasonable Next Gen was. Turner came to my home promptly on time and he was courteous, kind, professional, and just about sweeter than cherry pie. Also, by God’s celestial hand, the most down right good looking piece of pumpkin pie I’ve seen in a quite a long time. Oh Lord, if these old bones didn’t fail me and I was 30 years younger I might have not let him ever leave. I just about asked him if he wanted lemonade 45 times just so I could look up on there roof and gander. He also mentioned he used to be a plumber once in passing. Had he still been I’d have him cleaning my pipes daily. Gotta warn an old gal like me before they send these young things to our homes. If you ever are looking for a solid roofer, who is there to work and make your life easier, Turner and Next Gen is your company. I just about hope my roof gets destroyed once a year so that tall drink of iced tea would just come back. Definitely go with Next Gen, left me as happy as a clam at high tide.

Worked with Dan to install a roof at our place in N Phx. Dan was amazing! Apart from the work itself, I had some amazing conversations with him and he was very supportive of our situation and sometimes even went beyond to save us extra costs. We had so many estimates from roof companies and some of them were also a lot cheaper, but after talking to Dan, we knew we did not want anyone else. Our house now has a new roof and we have a new friend, seriously! 100% recommend this service! Thanks to Dan!

Alan did a great job on my roof. I felt bad, I thought I had a leak, I had him and his crew out to check it out and it turned out that it was an AC leak. They did not charge me for the call, and were very easy to get along with.
