Best Construction Construction in Phoenix AZ

I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. I am pleased beyond measure with my newly updated home and cannot thank Phoenix Home Remodeling enough for their time, effort, and personalization they put in to making this project well worth the investment. I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

Homework Remodels remodeled our kitchen, backyard, patio, and two bathrooms. They restored our second-story balcony when its floor leaked. Their work was excellent. Steve Shinn designed the kitchen and the patio. We have been completely satisfied.

The construction and maintenance team at PJ Hussey is spectacular. They're very quick to respond to requests and they usually send somebody out to take care of an issue the next day. Special thanks to Tom and Norm for being so kind, careful, and diligent when I needed some help at my apartment. It can be intimidating inviting a stranger into your home when you live by yourself but these gentlemen were very pleasant and objective.

They were ON it! Got all of my tasks done quickly and at a reasonable price. Love this company. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Outstanding work performed by Nathan G., and Manny T. Everything was done on time and of excellent quality in both materials and workmanship. An unexpected and unlisted benefit of the shower remodeling was the additional sound insulation. No more noise from the exhaust ventilator, and very little sound of flowing water. I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

We contacted Luxury Remodels after seeing one of their work vans near our condo which is in the Ladera Vista complex. We read their on line reviews and after hiring them we were pleasantly surprised at every aspect of our shower remodeling project. Every person from Luxury Remodels that we had contact with was extremely professional and polite. Our phone calls were always immediately returned and our shower was completed on time and looks absolutely amazing. The project manager stayed on top of the project and came to see the progress on nearly a daily basis. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and the outcome of our project. Shannon and his crew did a wonderful job on our remodel which included putting in an all new guest bathroom and laying new floor tile in the kitchen and sunroom. All members of his crew were always very professional, very skilled, very considerate and a pleasure to work with. They all worked closely with us to make sure the end product was exactly what we wanted and Shannon was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. As other reviewers have said, he exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier with how the projects turned out and Shannon will be our go to guy for any future home improvements.

Derek and his crew gutted our master bath and installed our new barrier free enlarged shower. Derek made the process seamless and kept us informed of the entire process. Dereks crew was delightful and the details were spot on. Can’t go wrong with Aqua Therapy Tubs.

Ron,who heads RMS, is an experienced and reliable home remodeling contractor. He did extensive work on renovating our kitchen and replacing our floor tile in several rooms. In addition, his painters and electricians were excellent and professional. More importantly, he gave us a fair price for our project and completed all work on time. You can’t go wrong with this company which I am highly recommending.
