The team connected with us very fast at 1 am and said they would have a crew out by 9-10am. The team came out at the specified time and they shared their knowledge on what needed to happen. The team was very nice and never seemed annoyed with all of my questions and concerns, they took their time explaining the entire process, during a stressful time.

We had water damage as a result of improper solar installation. The crew at 1-800 Water Damage was amazing. They explained the process in detail, removing any worry we had about the mold they discovered, set up containment for remediation, and were even willing to come out over a weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who has had a water leak. Even though it may not look like it, if you have any water issue, you probably have a mold issue too. Definitely call an expert.

Had a water leak from condo above. Met Ryan from square one and he got to work. I stayed away for a few days while he dried my place out. Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. I was in the insurance world for work and in close to a decade of working behind other dry out companies Square One was clearly the best even knowing I have seen other companies that do fair work. Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
