Right before the holidays, I noticed some strange looking 'nail holes' in a bedroom closet and when I tried to pull the 'nail' out it disintegrated in my fingers. Showed them to my husband and we both knew what they were - termites! We immediately called a few companies to inspect our property and provide a quote. We decided on Bill's. The rep that came out to inspect was really friendly, professional, very informative and, while not cheap, very reasonably priced. The job was scheduled and completed in one day - on time and no mess. While finding termites in your home - especially during the holidays is a real bummer - it's always great to find a company that does their job so well! Highly recommend Bill's!

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

Been using this company for years. Many of my family members use them too. Very honest and friendly. I was with a different company prior and needed to have sprayed every month. With precision only twice a year. Very satisfied.

The bees had been killed off several months before it was noticed that honey was running out close to the ground. The BeeKeeper was called and they removed approximately 200lbs of hive and honey from inside my garage wall. After the removal, the hole was patched and they took the time to match the paint. The patch was great. These men had to work in a small tight space and the temperature was over 110 degrees. I would not hesitate to recommend The BeeKeeper.

I seen my grandmother was having an issue with bugs while I was visiting her, so I called BIO-Chem and they sent Kyle out. He was so nice and did his job very well. My grandmother loved him, he was very knowledgeable about his job. We would highly ask for him again if ever needed. Kyle thank you!!

Scheduled an appointment in a weeks time, and made arrangements to provide access to a property, as the company requested. Budget Bros was a no show for the appointment, technician treated the outside only earlier in the day and left, contrary to instructions. Office staff were less interested in helping, more interested in explaining how it’s my fault they didn’t follow the instructions provided.

2. Did not follow their own instructions
3. Poor attitudes when looking to remedy the issue.

Will no longer recommend this company to clients.
