Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

Big shout out to Luxury Remodels for their terrific work and competitive pricing. Our master bath was in rough shape when we bought the house, and now it’s practically a spa. We had no idea what we were doing, so they walked us through the process step by step. From recommending colors, materials, and they even drafted us a 3D rendering. Could not have asked for a better experience or more helpful team. Will be going back to them when we’re ready to proceed with our kitchen remodel! Shannon and his team exceeded our expectations. We were told 8-10 weeks and they are finishing the job tomorrow which will be 8 weeks from starting. We had most of the house remodeled and throughout the work the job site has been kept neat and clean enough for us to live in the house during the whole renovation. Shannon and all of his employees have been responsive to requests, clear in their communication and have shown up when they said they would. Renovations are expensive and stressful so having a reliable contractor is an enormous relief. I would highly recommend Five40 Remodeling.

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

CR Home Remodel build two outdoor Kitchens in two different location for me, painted interior of house, repair plumbing, installed tile floor, remodeled master bath cabinets, and other small jobs. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

We looked for years to update the flooring in our home. We walked in Home Solutionz - Phoenix immediately saw the wood flooring we wanted. They were fabulous. So clean, courteous and on time. We could not be happier with the materials and quality of work. I highly recommend their services.

I want to highly recommend DRC and it’s owner Dale Cox. My wife and I hired DRC to help us with whole home audio and video. We were lucky to find him. He was very reliable and he was very committed to delivering high quality work. He is also very pleasant to work with.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
