Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! Yesterday I posted a negative review of the company based on experience I had with the estimator . A few hours later I had a phone call from Luxury Bath and met with the owner of Home Concepts Custom Remodeling. After a friendly discussion we came to a mutual agreement about the quote, shower remodeling workscope and timing. When remodeling is completed I will follow up with another review.

I am in love with our new windows and patio door. I could instantly feel the difference in temperature. The crew was very professional, respectful of our home, and tidy up after the work. Excellent service ???? l will refer to family and friends.

Our installers, Matt, Nick and Manny did a fantastic job on removing our old shower & bathtub. It was replaced with a Walk-in shower, we also added a bench and a fold up bench in the shower area. Matt let me know exactly what they were doing every step of the way. We provided him with how we wanted the shelves, benches and grab bars. It’s exactly what we envisioned! It looks beautiful!! We are very pleased with the work they did. They were on time and cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend them. Thanks again !!

Our Handyman Mark C. did a wonderful job installing two exterior doors and a pet door. The result was above our expectations, AND he finished four hours ahead of schedule! Fair price, and he followed a rule my dad taught me about camping, 'Always leave the site in better condition than when you arrived.'. Thank you for your professional, efficient work. The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

The finished product is really nice & we are super happy.

One thing we didn’t realise is that we would have to repaint the walls ourselves afterwards which we have now done.

We had 1/2 follow ups with the company afterwards for adjustments but they were quick & easy to do.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
