Best Bath Design in Phoenix AZ

PHX Home Remodeling was great to work with for our bathroom remodel. Every employee we worked with was very friendly and genuine. They walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all our questions thoroughly, made the design process very easy, and did amazing work. Also, the area was kept clean during the entire process. The bathroom turned out exactly how we wanted. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Quality craftsmanship and they went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed or asked of them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a remodel done the right way.

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. They are both true professionals and amazing craftsmen who turned our master bathroom into exactly what we envisioned! Best experience ever! After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

I would totally use these guys again, and highly recommend them to anyone They're definitely not the cheapest, but at the end of it, I am left with the feeling that the work was done correctly.

We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons. To start, we knew that his company had completed many remodels, and would therefore have the knowledge and experience to give remodeling advice. We also felt that they had probably already come across any problems that might arise with our project, and therefore, would know how to successfully deal with them. In addition, Shannon informed us that when they start a project, they work through to completion without jumping around to other projects. This was a huge selling point for us, as we had never experienced a contractor that had worked this way – with most juggling multiple projects at the same time and not showing up for days at a time due to being on another job site.

The entire project was well orchestrated from quote to completion and the work was of superior quality and craftsmanship. The crew did what they said they were going to do, including showing up at our house on time each day and focusing on what they had told us would be happening that day. Nearly a year and a half after the completion of our remodel, we came across a concern with one of our cabinets and notified Shannon, who responded that very day and had scheduled a repair within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel and for selecting Five40 Remodeling.

Replaced tub with new walk-in shower in closure also flooring in bath and joining bed room. Did a wonderful job!!

Hard workers

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. We have had an excellent experience with Jacuzzi. Our initial design/deposit meeting was in June, we requested an October installation and our job was completed on October 6th. Every person we have dealt with has been extremely professional and helpful, especially our demo team of Andreas, Tomas and Brandon. They were so neat and tidy and completed a large job in 8 hours. Day 2 brought us the installing team of Colton and Pedro M. They were just fantastic, working extra hard and extremely neatly. After this huge remodel there was no dust left behind- that's impressive! I can give them my highest recommendation. Thank you for a beautiful job!
