I unfortunately did not have a good experience... 3 missed appointments at 4 hrs ea...2 appointments made 1 with the wrong glass for the door. another made with a scratched glass... Logan the supervisor gave me $100 off and set up a new appt... they showed up on time with another scratch on yet another window . This started in April... Ended July 17th... All of my hours of waiting and wasting my time... I guess everyone's time is free right? Still have to pay $140 for the work... The techs are great but the customer service is horrible I do not recommend...

This was by far the best remodeling company I have ever used. Everyone was professional, courteous, and all around great from the salesman to the installers. Magnus and Devion did such a great job on our tub to shower conversion. Love love love it. So happy we went with Dreamstyle for this.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
