Best Remodeling Contractor in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodeling renovated 3 bathrooms for us-pretty much one right after the other. At the time we contracted with them, we were exhausted from other home repairs and remodeling. We wanted a company that would make things as easy and painless as possible. And, PHR met that criteria 100%. From our first meeting to scope out the project, through design and then construction and clean up, this company said exactly what they would do, when they would do it and kept their word. They communicated consistently and kept all of their appointment times. Construction was completed in a timely manner (but not overnight!) without compromising any quality. The work they did was beautiful and working with them was a dream. A special shout out to Jason, Steve, Aaron, Lupe and Chris--all professionals and a pleasure to work with.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

SheWorks came to my rescue when I had an electrical issue during a remodel. Each employee has been easy to work with and very accomodating with my schedule, my needs and even helped me with a demo problem outside of the electrical scope of work. I can highly recommend their business and will call them again when the need arises.

I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. Remodeling ain’t fun, but 540 makes the process a lot easier from start to finish. Shannon’s experience helped us improve on our original ideas. His crew is great. They are very good at what they do and pleasant to work with. We expected the job to take 3-4 weeks. Thanks to the crew’s efficiency and a solid plan it was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. Don and I wish we could give them more than 5 stars.
