Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. They SURPASSED my highest expectations and we HIGHLY recommend Allure Bath Services.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. After having at least six other companies come through and give us a bid, we never felt comfortable. Then we met with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They were upfront, honest, and able to answer our questions. We decided to move ahead with Phoenix Home Remodeling for the project. Then entire process was fantastic. We were able to diagram out every single thing we wanted, and they made it happen. We had good dialouge throughout. Every one of their employees was very pleasant, on time every day, and worked with us around our schedule. And the end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Special shoutout to Lupe on the tile work. It is immaculate.

From the time we signed the contract to our bath and shower installation we received nothing but professional care and consideration. Chris and Matt installed our two bathrooms with total focus on our needs and approval. They worked to make our remodeling job completely painless to us, in spite of barking dogs and exhausting stairs, for them to overcome.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Sunset Tile did a terrific job on our kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Mark was great to work with through the design phase, and he had some great suggestions to improve the functionality of our kitchen. Paul and his crew were very professional and always left our house very clean each day throughout the remodel process. They were highly recommended by a couple of friends that had used them , and we are completely happy with the work they did for us. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing some remodeling in their home.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

We contracted with Holtzman Home Improvement to remodel the shower and water closet area of our master bathroom. The folks we worked with from Johny in sales to Grace in design were great to work with. Grace managed to avoid having to do any marriage counseling while my wife and I worked through the design and materials selection process. Will, the project manager for our project, did an outstanding job., he was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to my phone or text messages, took the time to explain things to me patiently when I had questions, and kept me informed about schedules. The folks who did the work; framing, plumbing, electrical, and tiling were professional and did quality work. They invariably completed their work ahead of schedule. My only complaint would be with how long the project took from signing the contract to completing the work but all in all an excellent outfit to work with..

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Had my bathroom recently remodeled by this company and they did an absolutely amazing job. The employees were very respectful and they started the project on time every day. The best thing is that this company is affordable and Michael will make sure all your visions are above and beyond. I will definitely have them do more projects in the future!

Norm the maintenance man came today to do a few things in my apartment he was on time and his work is excellent and got it in a good time manner and frame done

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

We were very pleased at how professional and quickly Mo worked on getting our old tub removed and the new one put in in just two days. We were very pleased at the communication and punctuality every morning. He was very respectful of our house and kept our house as clean as you can during a remodel!
