Best Shower Install in Phoenix AZ

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

It was a pleasure working with Phoenix Home Remodeling again. They helped us with our master bathroom shower remodel.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted. Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

Although my small bathroom project is complete, I will certainly not use HHI again. I see a lot of great reviews here. Perhaps a larger project would get more skilled tradespeople, a more organized superintendent, and/or better attention to detail.

Pros:
1. The Holtzman team finished the job.
2. The project superintendent responded to text messages and sent trades back to fix various issues.

Cons:
1. The project was poorly managed and the online schedule is wholly unreliable. Most of the time, teams would not show up on the scheduled day. I would not get a notification when appointments were cancelled. I was told that this was a “glitch” in the system, but it was never fixed.
2. When teams did show up, they often did not have the supplies they needed. Items ordered through HHI were not brought with them or dropped off at our house beforehand. A team was once sent to install a toilet that was still backordered. Tile guys did not bring tiles with them to make repairs (they assumed we had extras, which we did not).
3. My small bathroom project was estimated to take 8-10 weeks, and took over 6 months to complete. Aside from a few procurement setbacks out of their control, this was largely due to teams not showing up and then making repeated mistakes.
4. Quality of work was mediocre and almost every trade needed to return to fix a mistake or oversight. Some examples: (1) There were multiple grout cracks and cracked tiles after the initial tile job. The team returned and fixed the grout cracks (in process cracking more tile) without fixing some of the already cracked tiles. (2) A drywall repairman did not consider the diameter of the light fixture. The light was installed with gaping holes around it. The guy who returned to “fix” it just caulked around the light while getting caulk all over the fixture base. Afterwards, the fixture was missing 2 of the 3 screws. (3) A carpenter installed baseboard trim with obvious chips and did not install door casing. A carpenter returned to finish/fix the job and purchased baseboard trim to go around the door casing (thankfully I noticed before he started). Both trim types were clearly indicated on the design spec sheet.
5. The team damaged the pre-fabricated vanity by leaving scratches in the marble top and multiple chips in the vanity paint (it looked like someone hit it with a step stool a couple of times).

The shelves were customized in the bathroom downstairs. We had a seat lodged and the showerheads. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix was way too quick and efficient. Good work

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. They are both true professionals and amazing craftsmen who turned our master bathroom into exactly what we envisioned! Best experience ever! They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.

The guy was precise with the details. The renovation came out even nicer than I expected. Highly recommended services.

My experience w/ Diamond was great. Estimator came out ASAP, measurements completed in two more days, pricing soon after, and install within two weeks of first contact. The job looks great, and the cost was well under competitors. The measurements and price was competed before others began the process.

I used Granite Transformations for my kitchen and bathroom renovation. They did my countertops as well as my cabinets, all of which turned out amazing! My countertop installer, Nino, went out of his way to do an exceptional job and was so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend !

Went to their.business with an idea of what we wanted for our new kitchen. Sales consultant Mike Cancelli, was amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming. Our ideas mixed with his and our budget, allowed us 5o have what we wanted. The service and sales man were amazing. I highly recommend this company for your cabinet and granite needs. We are extremely please with the products and theit customer service. The entire staff is kind and very customer service orientated.

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. We definitely would recommend Atelier507 to anyone needing a talented architect or considering a remodel/renovation project.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with several Contractors over the last few years. Shane and his partner were by far the best. Can't say enough about the quality of work. Top Notch! Intended to post photos but Google isn't giving the option.
