Dependable Glass is hands down the best priced glass in town. I called over 9 glass manufacturers in towns and dependable beat them by $100-$200. They also were the only ones who could have the glass shelves completed in 24-48 hours compared to the others who were all 2-4 weeks out. The customer service was above and beyond. I went to pick up the glass and there was a small issue. They told me they would correct and deliver it to me the next day. They called me letting me know they were about 5-10 mins away and he showed up with the glass. The shelves were perfect and I am beyond glad I went with this company.

I recently had a car drive plow into my office and destroy not only several glass panels but an entire aluminum frame section. Universal has alway done a great job replacing the windshields for my personal autos but I was not sure if they could tackle this job. Robert personally came out to inspect the damage and his team did a great job replacing the aluminum frame and installing the glass panels. Even with on going industry supply chain issues , Robert’s team was able to source the repair items needed and kept me updated on every step of the repair process. I am very satisfied with the results.

Dreamstyle performed a custom tub/shower replacement. There was excellent communication on the job site and the team was very courteous.Update on review: communication post-install is poor. It's taken multiple phone calls, texts, and visits to address the tub hardware installation (yes the faucet and drain). Appts scheduled were no-shows or changed at last minute. Wrong materials sent to address the issue. When one item finally fixed 2+ weeks later, the drain wasn't tested and didn't work. Only found that out when I tried to use the tub. I informed the lead installer who came out. He admitted it wasn't the right part. So he knew it and didn't say anything.

I've purchased glass twice in the last year and they have done a great job. They are super friendly as well!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

They never showed up!!! Oscar I spoke with you personally Saturday morning. You advised that all your employees were busy. And that you would send someone out Monday. However you asked if something came available Saturday would I be home? I advised yes. This is how the conversation went!! As a professional your approach could have been worded differently to not offend a would be client. However since you felt the need to tell me what I should have done, let me say this as a business owner maybe the correct approach would have been to apologize for the inconvenience and ask me to give you a call to address my concerns!!

Was recommended by local Chandler company, but did not show or call. Finally reached and they indicated we were too far and if we could reschedule. Not sure why this wasn't determined during original scheduling? Why schedule??...They were recommended... not reliable. :(

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
