Best Repairs Bathroom Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

I am writing this review to warn others about Holtzman Home Improvement.
Project scope: Remodel of master bathroom, replacement of toilet and medicine cabinet in guest bath, new flooring and baseboards with replacement of closet doors in two bedrooms, and removal of window in laundry room.
Start/Completion Date: The contract was signed in May 2020. They were not able to start the project until early August 2020. According to our contract, the completion date was scheduled for mid-September 2020. The final completion date was January 18, 2021.
Quality of work: The quality of work is excellent. All of the workers did a great job.
Selection of materials: Grace did a wonderful job helping us pick out the materials to complete our job. She was responsive to emails and calls.
Communication: Holtzman Home Improvement uses a customer portal to view your bill, look at and confirm your material selections, make payments, and view the calendar to see when work is supposed to take place at your home. There were numerous days when workers were scheduled to come to the house and no one showed up. There were no phone calls or texts to let me know they were not coming or when they might be rescheduled for.
Salesperson: Our salesperson, Lee, was great. He came to our home and put on a presentation of what our bathroom would look like after the remodel. He was very charismatic and definitely sold us on using this company.
Project manager: Our project manager was Daniel. He was here the very first day that work began for demolition. After that, he only came to the house after I requested that he make a visit. He never showed up to just check on the work and make sure it was coming along well. At the end of the project, there was no final walk-thru scheduled. I tried to call Daniel and several times his phone voicemail was full and couldn’t take anymore messages. There were a few small items that we were told would be taken care of and they were not.
The owner: The owner is difficult at best. There were numerous times that we wanted to fire this company and at one point almost did.
Overall: Holtzman Home Improvement is not a company I would recommend. I would have liked to have had more communication about what was going on and when workers would be coming to the house. The work that was completed was done well, but there were many problems with the cabinets, both with ordering and with production, which is why our job took so long to complete.

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

Carson was on the jobsite with the Plumbers and was very knowledgeable. He knew about the remodel in and out. Thank you all your help here at Robins Plumbing.

Honest and reliable

We selected Custom Creative Remodeling to complete our full home remodel, including our kitchen and three bathrooms, after finding them at the Westbrook Village Home and Garden show. We heard great things about the company and trusted them from the get go. Praveen and his team did an amazing job from the initial consultation to completion of the project. Every person that worked in our residence was respectful, tidy, and prideful in their detailed craftsmanship. Our project was completed 100% on time with impeccable quality. We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with our newly remodeled home! Custom Creative Remodeling delivered the results we were promised and I would recommend them to all of my friends looking to start a remodel project. We will be using Custom Creative again for future remodel projects!

Mo was fantastic. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. Also very nice. The work looks great, we are excited about how it turned out, and he went above and beyond. Our sales person Amber was also professional and effective. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Ruidoso Remodeling. Tony and guys are very knowledgeable. They are a good team, hard working, efficient and honest. If I ever need more work done to my home I am definitely calling Tony :)

ABA did a whole house remodel for me. They were dependable, communicative, they did quality work, & they cleaned up after themselves each day! Overall a beautiful job! I interviewed 5 contractors... ABA's pricing was in line with my expectations. I felt like they cared about my budget & my project! The other contractors I interviewed, just wanted to make a bunch of money. Rob & Joe will do the right thing to meet their client's expectations. You can trust these guys!

I love, love, love my new master bath by Home Makeover Creations. Every aspect of it is perfect and it turned out exactly as I pictured! Even better is the great team of people who made it happen -- from the front end design by Debbie & Cheyenne, to execution by Jeromie and his crew. They are exceptionally nice and dependable. Follow-through on their 2-year warranty is impressive. I highly recommend this company.

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

My kitchen came out beautiful. Thanks to Bill, and his wonderful crew. They were all very friendly, and did a wonderful job.

We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend Handyman Connection and especially Greg H.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
