Best Repairs Bathroom Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

Purchased a toilet from Amazon and they now provide an option to have one of their contractors install your toilet. They had three choices, I picked Holtzman because of their high rating on the internet. I had a hard time getting the toilet, it was first back ordered and they would let me know when it was on its way, which they did not. I was dealing with Judy at Holtzman and told her I would call when I got it because was not sure of the delivery date. I received it at about 4pm on a Thursday. I called Judy and said I finally got the toilet and she said they were booked until next week and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Then 20 minutes later she said she could have someone come the next day between 7-9am, I said that was great. Alverdo showed up, he protected my carpet and installed my new toilet. I plan on purchasing another toilet for the bathroom in the garage and will have Holtzman do the installation. I highly recommend them for there great service. Judy did not have to make this happen the next day, but she did and I thank her so very much for that. Great service.

The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

Juan has worked for our family business as well as for my home and has come thru in every aspect. He shows such integrity and takes pride in his work. He is punctual and very dependable. I highly recommend him.

Greg and the gentleman who helped him, ( Can't remember his name ) they were friendly, communicated with us on the project and were very clean in their work. Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Caesar and his team were fantastic! They were very professional and did great work! Definitely will be using CR Home Remodel in the future.

Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!
