Best Remodel Project in Phoenix AZ

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

We hired Phoenix Home Remodeling, after meeting with and receiving quotes from several other companies, to remodel our master bathroom. We were so very impressed with the communication, support, and reliability we experienced, from our initial appointment through our entire remodel. Every trade that came to our home to complete the project was equally professional. Good Guys are exactly the name - good guys (and girls)! They truly are the nicest people to work with, and are so knowledgeable in the field. They manage the project start to finish and even after if something breaks or whatever the case may be - they fix it and make it right. The whole team Amber, Shannon and Dean are great people to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them for remodel work and kitchen and bath design.

This company does subpar work. Extremely displeased with the workmanship and final product. Not remodeled well at all. Larry and tabitha were very friendly and helpful in the beginning but soon after turned into the worst kind of salespeople you can imagine. They added extra charges throughout the project that were not agreed to in the contract and Tabitha became very rude.
