I have relied on Four Seasons to handle all of my HVAC needs, since basically the founding of the company. From complete new home system design & install to emergency repairs they've always been there for me, my friends, and relatives.Their company has grown, but the level of customer service has never wavered! ACE Home Services is tremendously supportive and understanding. They offer amazing support all the way from the management, to the customer reps, and of course the technicians. Everyone is highly professional and words can't express enough how thankful we are to have found and selected them to replace and maintain our AC unit. I would also recommend Aubrey as a tech he was very descriptive in describing the issue and offered various options to solve the problem. The issue was resolved and again thank you so much ACE!

Good response on an a/c system constantly running. Tech was at door in an hour. Diagnosed as low freon likely caused by a small leak. Sold me a sealer and 2# freon install. Checked for cost of materials on internet versus price charged and was surprised at extreme markup. Easyseal ($285 charged) Internet cost was $55-56.R-22 lb ($130/lb x 2 charged) Internet cost was $13/lb. Inclusive of some labor and it appears that their profit on parts/materials covers labor and diagnostics and then some. Hope it lasts.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
