Best Remodel Project in Phoenix AZ

They showed up on time got the required work completed and kept me informed of the status. Since I live in Oregon and the rental home that had the issue was in Arizona, updates on the status of the project were important!

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

This is the first time I've ever written a review but these guys were awesome. We had significant water damage in the home and were pretty stressed out about it. They showed up less than an hour after we called and cleaned everything out. Moved all of our stuff blocking the damage and then put it back just like before without a single scratch. Super easy to work with, very professional, fair on pricing and did a fantastic job - can't recommend them enough

Zina did a great job and didn't do unnecessary work when dealing with my leak.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

I could not be more grateful to George for taking on the headache of communicating with insurance companies to get major repairs approved and completed at my property after a car went through the boiler room wall. All I did was make a phone call to Kowalski and gave George the info he needed to handle everything. He kept me updated throughout the process and when the work was completed you could not tell where the damage had happened on the 1986 stucco building. The paint even matched perfectly. I will definitely call Kowalski again for any construction or mitigation needs.

This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. They overcharge insurance, do poor quality work and are not easy to get a hold of.

Watch out for their driver in vehicle 225 license plate #X0A 3GA, he will fly by all the slow traffic on 101 south at Broadway and then swerve 3 lanes over to the right through traffic as people slam their brakes trying to avoid hitting him, real professional in the company car

We had a flood just before Christmas, we have never experienced anything like this before. Thomas Restoration & their team arrived quickly & walked us thru all the steps of what needed to be done. We dealt mainly with Kelton, he is very knowledgeable & professional. Kelton & his team (wish I could remember all their names) each & everyone of them worked so hard & were respectful of our property, professional, knowledge, kind & patient. Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
