Best R O Installation in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

I just had a shower installed by Dreamstyle. The process was simple, order time was less than expected and done on time. The installers were Sean and Beth Murphy and they did an excellent job above and beyond what was required.

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

Great price and work

I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

I have heard good thing about this company and would use this company if we have need for a kitchen remodel in the future.

I hope this review helps you with your decision on whether or not you wish to deal with Trinity Remodeling and Home Center or go somewhere else Like I did.
The first estimate from another popular place I won't mention sent a guy out that just seemed bored with his job and I didn't feel like he was listening to a word I was saying.
The second one from yet another place sent out a guy that listened, but didn't seem to know what he was doing.
So glad my third one was Trinity.

Trinity Remodeling & Home Center is the very best!
The pricing is more than fair and in most cases way less than most places.
Their installers are the very, very best as well!
They had my kitchen cabinets installed with quartz tops within 2 week and the project turned out flawless!
Anthony coordinated everything and even threw in a couple things at no charge.
I can’t recommend them highly enough so before you decide to go anywhere else go see them, you won’t regret it.
Say hi to Ken, he’s an amazing guy and will offer you something to drink like water or coffee. ?

The team at Ardan, did an incredible job with our complete kitchen remodel, new bathroom vanities and sinks. Even with shipping setbacks due to Covid, Ardan met our move-in goal. The work is highly professional, with plenty of attention to detail and consistent follow up. Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

Ben and his crew have some amazing southwestern home remodeling skills. You can tell that they truly love what they do!

I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.

Christina gave me a very indepth and professional presentation. She was very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. I intend to do my due diligence and get one more cost comparison. However, thus far her company is in the front running to get my business.

Chris Boulton and Cornerstone Cabinets did an amazing job of turning my 1980's cramped and outdated kitchen into a thing of beauty! Chris came up with some great space saving solutions and at the same time was very in tune with what I was looking for. My new cabinets are absolutely beautiful and great quality. I would highly recommend this company for any kitchen remodel!
