Remodels are always late and over-budget. I am sure you have heard that before. That summarizes our experience. We remodeled our floors, kitchen and bathroom. They were not cheap, end product was good but way over-budget, late and full of surprises. We made our selections and signed our lives away in March 2019, the project was completed in October 2019. We decided to finance the project, the sales rep indicated we would not need to provide a downpayment so we signed our lives away. A few months later the owner contacted us and indicated we needed to pay a 30% downpayment so that they could place the order. 30%!!!!!!!!

If they actually worked every business day this project would have taken 1 month.

Would I hire them again? NO
Would I go through a remodel again? NO

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for! As far as the remodel itself, we were out of town while it was taking place. Still, everything went better than we could have imagined. Would highly not recommend it started off right sales person met us at our home took measurements we scheduled an appointment at their showroom he wasn't able to be there we talked to another associate we were contemplating using but since then no calls back don't even waste your time with them

What a fantastic experience this has been with my new cabinets. I was impressed with Chris listening to what I would like, to giving me options of what I could do with the space allotted. I was also pleasantly surprised how quickly the cabinets arrived. I would like to say both Sabastian and Vincent did an outstanding job in the installation of the cabinets! They were both professional, respectful, attentive to detail and cleaned up at the end of the install. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for new cabinets!

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
