Best Plumbing Service Contract in Phoenix AZ

Showed up to diagnose leak under sink. Found garbage disposal leaking around the top where it connects to the sink. Tried to sell me a $775 replacement when there was nothing wrong with the disposal. It only needed to be retightened under the sink.
Had service man come and reinstall… no leaks $75 cost.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

We were desperately seeking a plumber , our drain had clogged and was very badly stopping up. It was on a saturday , my husband called from the yellow pages , found the number of HERO HOME SERVICES , Mr. BERTIN came on the scene , very graciously let us know how the problem came about , fixed it and also how we can maintain it for future occurences . I say thank you sir for being our heroe in this matter !!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Unbelievably great customer service from RR Plumbing. From the very polite person who answered the phone, to the technician, Mikey, who was available at our service address within 2 hours!!We thought we had a clogged drain or serious plumbing issue that was impacting our water pressure. Instead Mikey found it was a clogged shower head and instructed us how to take care of it on our own if we desired. Who does that??Mikey was knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and totally concerned about what concerned us and charged us NOTHING for the service call. We may not have needed services then, but when we do in the future, we intend to use RR Plumbing and also encourage our friends and family to do the same. Thanks again Mikey. Our sink wasn’t draining and we decided to give Bumble Bee Plumbing a call. From the beginning it was a great experience, they even had same day availability! I couldn’t do same day so they worked with me to find a future date & time that fit my needs. On the morning of I received a reminder text and call which was great because my availability had opened up. They responded almost instantly to let me know they had someone available and he was headed our way! Adrian arrived and checked everything out for us. He was very knowledgeable and had great people skills. Super friendly and had our new garbage disposal installed in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future as well.

The personnel staff were very friendly and helpful when I called them. The technician that came out was very professional and answered questions. He also took time and cleaned up as he went along. The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. HIGHLY recommend.
